This is my go to hotel in the Colonial zone. Great value for your money. very well located and with great breakfast. The new rooftop bar and terrace are amazing. I stay here couple times every year and its perfect.

I like all, but the color

Very clean and attentive staff the breakfast and restaurant area was modern clean and up-to-date. Very beautiful.

I stayed at a small room for a couple of hours I didn’t had time to eat breakfast since I was leaving really early

WiFi was on 2 percent on the room the whole 7 nights of staying very bad wifi

Wonderful place to stay and walk around the historic parts of Santo Domingo.

My privacy was violated on the last day of me leaving. A guy just enter the room without my permission to count things inside the refried. Thats was rude. Could have wait 5 minutes of me walking out.

Excellent place to stay near everything!

The hotel its nice and cleal but the AC was not cooling enough. Also the chaged us $11 for parking at the property. Brakfast was good. I had better deal hotels at the same aeea. This was ok but I wont stay again and pay extra for parking.

Issues with the AC not cooling efficiently lost you a star.

Excelent hotel and Spaces

Easy to walk around many historic, restaurants, bars, shopping and many more. I’ve been stayed at this hotel for 3rd times I definitely come back. Best breakfast buffet in town

Very polite staff and breakfast was delicious.

Bar on roof very noisy with music and signing until very late. Do not accept a room on 4th floor, especially if you have to get up early for the airport, you will not get any sleep

The property is little old but is very well located, staff is friendly

I liked the property and the rooms were very nice. Staff is great. The only thing I did not like was the noise level in the morning. If you want to sleep in you can’t because you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways. Doors being slammed people walking and talking. The cleaning people going from door to door and having conversations in the hallways. None the less, it was a great experience. Parking in the side the building was 11 dollars which I think should be included if the guest is staying at the hotel.
