Great location easy access

This by far has been my worst experience ever. They did not have system for check in. Then they asked me to wait until they confirmed my check in. Expedia called them and they didn't answer. Then the room was dirty and in bad shape. Very small. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

This property is in a great area, is a larger room with kitchenette… They do not provide many towels or bathroom supplies… It is a very loud area due to nightclubs across the street the bass will shake your unit all night on weekends or whenever they’re open and ear plugs do little to stop it.

Beautiful place. Staff is very responsive. Place is safe and secure. We left something and staff message us. We love our stay and we will be back.

The blankets, pillows looks old and dirty. Also, there are not a soft. I think it’s more like a airbnb.

This was a great place for an overnight stay. The bed was soft, which is not common for Mexico I'm finding, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Instead of tiny bottles of shampoo and soap, they had large refillable ones and the coffee was loose in a jar - very little garbage, a nice change! The only issue was that the coffee maker was missing something (not sure what) so you had to actually hold the pot up to get the coffee to go in it, that was a little annoying. But overall, it was great and I would recommend it.

Check in was easy

No maid service. No guard on duty despite free access to the room floors. Very low frills but good price. No amenities like water or hair dryer or snacks. No lobby bar. No breakfast. Smoke filled lobby in the evenings when the restaurant next door starts up. Good price and good location

Too busy, specially the parking due to the valet of the restaurant

Is a simple property I like it , but the walls have no insulation you can hear every detail from all the rooms , not very good they forgot the walls

There is no sign no name on the building to know where the place is. It took our taxi an extra 30mins circling the area asking people around no one heard of this place. Taxi called the Olson and the reception person couldn’t tell the taxi where it was. Ridiculous.. It was like a speak easy place to stay I guess. So beware. Anyone can walk in and get in the elevator. You do self check in and check out. Before you check in you get a text to unlock your door. The place is clean smells great in the halls. You can’t ask for a taxi when you leave so you have to take your luggage and walk to some place to get a taxi not convenient at all. We ran into the owner and mentioned a sign out front or back or somewhere to find the place and he said he paid for one but hasn’t gotten it. Hmmm! I wouldn’t stay there again. Such a weird odd situation.

The bathroom was not clean. We had no towels which indicate no one cleaned the bathroom. The water in the shower was warm not hot

People have hairs everywhere in the bathroom. Look like bed sheets haven't changed. We saw people's hairs on bed sheets as well. When we check - out, the cleaner is cleaning the next room. I have never seen their cart have a set of bed sheets. The room is very nice and good location. Please train your cleaning staffs.

Me encantó la ubicación, la amabilidad del staff, la limpieza, los artículos de tocador, el silencio y la rapidez de check in y check out. Es un buen lugar para estancias cortas pero hay tres detalles que podrían mejorar: 1. La ventilación es deficiente, no hay ventanas y se encierra el olor a humedad, comida y otro más que no identifico. 2. Entiendo que son acabados aparentes pero el techo tenía agujeros tapados con algo parecido a pape, y da la apariencia de suciedad. Para las personas que tenemos alguna fobia a insectos nos causa intranquilidad porque en cualquier momento sentimos que nos va a salir un bicho. 3. Las almohadas están MUY duras e incómodas, podrían ser de mejor calidad para asegurar que los huéspedes descansen además de proveer una botella de agua de cortesía pues no siempre da tiempo de comprarla antes del check in, especialmente para quienes llegamos muy tarde por vuelos retrasados.
