Was much better the last time I stayed there over a year ago.

Nice staff and clean room but don’t book if traveling with children or want a good night of sleep. The rooftop terrace was playing loud music until 1am that was keeping us all awake.

The hotel was in a great location, easy paid underground paid parking. The hotel staff are nice and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel breakfast was very good and affordable. The bathtub clogged on the first day and mentioned it to the housekeeping and she informed the front desk and they sent maintenance guys to fix it immediately, which was really good. Overall we had a great time at the hotel and lots of different restaurant around like walking distance to get food and drinks. Also close to metro line to go into downtown Montreal! Love it!

Le plus: le personnel agréable dans l’ensemble. L’Hôtel est bien situé si on s’y rend en métro, on a tout à proximité c’est cool! Le parking est bien aussi (payant) Les moins: l’hôtel est mal insonorisé, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et dans la rue (j’étais au 7eme étage) On entend également la femme de ménage ouvrir, fermer les portes et parler le matin, c’est vraiment embêtant. La salle de bain mériterait un peu plus de ménage, le bac n’est pas fait correctement. Il est jaune, c’est perturbant quand on sait qu’on est logé dans un 4 étoiles. Dans l’ensemble j’ai bien aimé mon séjour. Je le recommanderais quand même.

Stayed for 2 nights when my flight was cancelled. Booked at very short notice and arrived very late in the evening but staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. Room was great and bed one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Lovely food in the restaurant and good value. Very nice hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location. The metro station is just across the street, making it easy to get around. There is a shopping center within walking distance, and for families, there’s a park and an ice cream shop right nearby, which the kids loved. Another thing we appreciated was the variety of halal dining options nearby. We found two excellent halal restaurants within easy reach, which made meals simple and enjoyable for our family. The hotel was comfortable, and the location made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for convenience and great amenities nearby. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Personnel courtois et serviable, chambre très propre, à deux pas du métro et de La Place Bell.

Easy to get to a concert at Palace Belle! And bed was very comfy. Parking extremely inexpensive too.

Unfortunately, there was loud booming music every night late until the am hours. I am not sure if it was from the restaurant in the hotel upstairs or was from an outside source. If this happens every night they should let their guests know this prior to booking. Other than the lack of sleep due to the music and bass it was a very nice place to stay.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. However they really need to invest in new towels.

Be sure to request a room on the upper floors away from the restaurant patio. Music and crowd noise continues well past 11 PM Otherwise this is an excellent hotel with plenty of dinning options near by and great access to the Métro.

This is an excellent property to stay at. Would recommend it.
