Very clean and comfortable hotel, room was terrific and it was great to find a reasonably priced hotel that offerred a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I was travelling for work and it is terrific to also be able to have a meal and drink onsite when travelling. Definitely now my go to when travelling this region.

Sea view from the bar was nice. Room was good but two chairs would be better than just one. Aircon a bit noisy.

Recently renovated traditional motel style room was very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and everything was new. Great to park directly outside the room and walk in with no stairs. Nice big bathroom with toiletries supplied. Big smart TV. Good wifi.

Hidden Gem!

Compact room, but with everything you get in a larger hotel room, and well set out. Good security lighting outside, and quiet location, behind the pub. Very clean and newly renovated. My only mention would be that it was hard to find where to check in… had to go to the public bar. Maybe a bit more signage would help. Overall, would stay here again as it is a bit more modern and cleaner than some of the other options I’ve stayed at in Cardwell. Perfect for breaking up a long drive north.

The Motel room was great. Very clean, bed comfortable, shower facilities great & although not a large room was sufficient for 1 or 2 people and also very modern in decor

Kürzlich frisch renoviert und möbliert war das Zimmer ansprechend und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist zwar nicht so schön, aber wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort. Für ein Sleep over sehr zu empfehlen.
