La habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, funcional. El aire acondicionado funcionó bien. La cocina bastante completa aunque casi no la usamos. La regadera muy a gusto. En la televisión había Netflix, YouTube y otras cosas. No le damos 5 estrellas porque: Es un poco desesperante llegar cansado y que no hay nadie para recibirte. Aunque contestaron pronto a nuestro mensaje whatsapp. Teléfono indispensable para check-in. Te piden fotos de identificación, te mandan un contrato, lo firmas digitalmente y finalmente te mandan clave para tu llave. Además, se extraña el contacto humano. El servicio. No hay servicio diario. Las camas se quedan igual. No rellenan la jarra de agua. No se cambian las toallas. Por lo demás, bien. También bien ubicado.

Cons The host was "changing platforms" so contact prior to and on arrival was non-existent for a few hours. There are two numbers listed on the door for check in. Send a message to both to get your room assignment. Pros There is no management on site, but the response via WhatsApp and was immediate once you have the correct number Rooms were clean and looked just like the picture.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, very clean, and incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Our room had everything we needed and was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The host was available through WhatsApp and always responded promptly whenever we had questions. They were also very accommodating when we requested a room change because my husband was unable to manage the stairs. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Relatively close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Very safe, clean and modern. Great parking and wifi.

The location is great, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the hammock on the terrace is absolutely amazing. I also loved the thoughtful touch of providing a bathrobe and slippers. ​One suggestion: Since guests are encouraged to use the provided slippers inside the room, it would be helpful to have a small piece of furniture or a bench near the entrance. This would allow guests to comfortably switch between their outdoor shoes and the slippers upon arrival.

Have stayed here previously. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed, clean and private. Enjoyed the back covered deck and view.

The residence was very nice and well set up. No issues. Communication with the host was disappointing. If customer service is important, this may not be the place. If it is of no concern to you, the spot is very nice.

The place is clean , it has all you need when it comes to alliances, it is in a good location, the check-in was a little different but works, some people may have a problems.

Todo bien. Muy amable la persona encargada del servicio de limpieza. Quizás un poco elevado la relación precio valor. La ubicación es estratégica. El lugar es tranquilo y cabaña tienen una cocina aceptable. Area de mejor el sistema del check in, es poco práctico y la información es tardía a través del WhatsApp.

Nice place with everything un this appartement. Very clean and so confortable. Not easy to registration. Have to deal with the IA it's not my cup of tea and the internet was slow. The chambermaid give me a new one and was perfect after. In total that's a nice place

Excellent stay. It’s not clear from the Expedia listing but El Cielo is a small gated development of approx 14 units. The grounds are secure, well lit and beautifully landscaped. It’s around an 8 minute walk from the center of Bosquete. That’s close enough to easily walk into town but far enough away to be quiet. Boquete gets real noisy at night with several places competing to have the loudest music! Even so… nowhere in Boquete is immune from the discos so even El Cielo was a touch noisy Fri and Sat night. And the darned barking dogs which are everywhere. But neither are in El Cielos control. Apartment looked brand new. Lots of windows. Big bathroom with huge shower. Well equipped kitchen. Super clean. If I had to quibble, hot water takes two or three minutes to reach sink, long enough that you start to worry it’s broken. Very responsive host. Check in requires an online form be filled in before door code is provided… so watch for that form the day before you arrive and be sure to fill it in. We did t do this but host helped us via WhatsApp and got us checked in fast. All The local guides and taxis know the location, so shuttles to airport and transportation to events was easy. Try for one of the four upper level units. I think Expedia calls them ‘view’ units? From these units the windows and balcony give beautiful Mountain views.

There is no reception. I thought it was a hotel, not an apartment. They sent a message to fill out paperwork ahead of time to save time at reception, but there was no one there. So you have to download and esign a document that you can't read on a phone, then upload your passport. I saw four other groups standing in the rain or darkness over the next four days. They also took about 45 minutes to get door code. Note that once I had the door code they ignored me. They would not answer phone, would not answer text, would not reply to emails, and I even downloaded whatsapp. Ignored me. Which sucked as there was no internet and there was no water pressure. They had also offered purified water and laundry? Where/how? My phone bill was $132 vs the normal $25 as I had to use data and could not make phone calls over wifi.

Had a wonderful stay at El Cielo by Villa Alejandro. The villa was perfect and ideal for a family of 4. Beds were a good size and mattresses were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and water temperature was just right. Tea / coffee was available in the villa (both kettle and coffee machine were available). Location can’t be beat - within 5 minutes walking distance to town center. There’s no office on site but they have a person or two on site through the day. Check in was smooth through WhatsApp. The main office was very responsive via WhatsApp. They provided us restaurant recommendations. They also help organize tours, if needed and helped us arrange transport to Bocas Del Toro. The view from the villa was breathtaking. Our favorite part was enjoying a cup of coffee out on the porch. All in all - we had a great stay here. Would highly recommend - if you’re looking for someplace quiet and peaceful and are okay with no onsite restaurant or daily cleaning.
