Breakfast time, the front desk welcoming woman staff should be trained not trying to pull or push children. My children were accompanied by a professional nanny, and I won't let my child make a mess. He is just a 4 year old boy, excited to find his mommy inside the breakfast cafe. Please inform me, make permission, don't touch my baby, be polite. We are also polite.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel from check-in to check-out. Although the check-in process was a bit slow due to the long weekend and peak season, it was understandable given the circumstances. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. A standard feature was the pillow menu, which is a nice touch for guests who are particular about their pillows. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Nice hotel according to reviews and I prove it if this hotel has new ambiance and all is clean, nice room, nice staff and will come back here again when I'm back to Melaka for sure
