Very nice!

Clean and quiet

This is a room in a three bedroom house. I was advised of a young mother and child staying there but not of the couple who were cooking something when I arrived. I liked the lack of carpet but did not like being required to remove my shoes.

I was attending a conference so I didn't get to check in until later in the evening. So it took a little longer to find the house. I was able to use the code to open the front door as well as the door to my room. I would suggest putting room numbers on the 3 bedroom doors. There was another person from my conference staying there as well. Because there weren't any numbers on the bedroom doors we kept trying his code on all 3 bedrooms and it didn't seem to work. So he had to call for help and they helped him identify and get into his room. My room as well as the rest of the house was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I am attending the same conference next year and will stay there again if it's not booked.

The room was nice. But the bed was firm, and I prefer soft beds. When I turned on the shower water shot up which I found very odd. Water would not come out like a regular shower it was just a powerful stream coming from the side and I had to hold the shower head to rise off.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the perfect solution to my quick trip to Tampa.

The property Was sufficient clean but had no top sheet Had no glasses no cups No Michaela I was just disappointed that they didn't have these

It was my first time staying here for business. I’ll be back if I can quote The Terminator. The price was right & the area is very appealing. I hope to book the same room next time.

Room was very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and good hot shower with nice water pressure. My only suggestion is to have extra towels and wash clothes. I will Stay again.

Clean and comfortable unit. Very convenient location. Highly recommended.

The place is not identify no address and no exterior light .There was only one towel no hand towel no wash clothes for 2 persons.There was no top sheet just one heavy bed spread wich mean that renter use the same blanket.The a.c. was not working it was to hot to sleep. The ceiling fan had no way to turn it on.And the bottom sheet look like it was not wash .We didn t like it at all.

Not terrible. But the bathroom was dirty and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. The fridge was full of very old food. No wifi available. No coffee for the morning either.

The area that this property was in was so peaceful and quiet, this was my favorite especially in the morning. There are was walkable and had necessary stores locally available. The host's responses were fast, professional, and straight to the point. The property was clean, easy to access and comfortable. I would book again and I highly recommend it for anyone's upcoming travel. I would say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your own personal transportation if you're in the area for events as there is a minor distance from downtown areas , which may incur a higher than expected commute and shared ride app prices; just keep that in mind. My stay was an overall success.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely horrible, the place was so gross they could not even clean the fridge before having people stay. It is very clear that it's not"other renters" but a family that lives there and the shared bathroom has not been cleaned in months there was hair in the tub an other peoples filth they wouldn't stop knocking on the door to tell us the tv was to loud even tho it was on 27! Mold on curtains dishes in the sink when we arrived but we were told we have to wash our pan before we could even eat also sent me messages off the app asking me to cancel my reservation and would upgrade me to a nicer place if I sent money which was a scam. Wish I took more photos of the bathroom but honestly was just so grossed out.Overall this place was disgusting and another thing to note it's hot in fl and we turned the air down to 70 and they would jack it back up and would leave the back door open woke up extremely hot was a horrible experience and this place should not be allowed on this app!
