Safe and quiet. Not in the tourist areas but no more than a 20 minute drive to most areas of San Juan.

Love everything about this place and stay but the parking not so happy about since it’s no free parking you have to pay day to day parking.

The place was overall what we paid for and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The only downfall was finding cockroaches everyday in one of the bathrooms and the bed sheets had stains on them.
