Always smells not good. Room too small. Only one bottle of water per day. Breakfast not tasty.

The receptionists are nice and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. I have a comfortable stay here. It closes to bus station but takes 15-20mins walk to train station. I would recommend it to others.

They don't believe it.. don't find out.. and the speech is very bitter.. I only have to ask my friend to call hotels.com. I have to clear the payment. Customer service is very annoying. The qualifications are very poor.

Trevligt hotell med lugnt läge vid tyst liten gata, nära en större gata. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra service. God frukost. Varierad meny med god mat i restaurangen och trädgård. Fungerande luftkonditionering, men behövde den ej på nu i mitten av maj.

The structure is not new, the furniture is aging. However rooms are pretty big, well located and well positioned. Breakfast is decent. On top, they kept my luggage for a week while travelling light elsewhere.

The Uyut Hotel was in a very quiet location but easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was included and was very extensive.

The room was large and clean. The hotel is in the excellent location. Breakfast was very good. One complaint: the coffee machine available at breakfast didn't work. Another machine available behind the bar worked, but you had to pay extra for the coffee. Instead, only instant coffee was available at no extra charge.

Was perfect

Hi Laurence King and Linda Chapman will be arriving in Match but will be arriving in Almaty on May 3 until May 7 so we want to stay in the Uyut Hotel for those 4 nights. Can we stay there with the funds we have paid already?

Breakfast was 9/10, gym needs TLC.

アルマトゥのホテルも高額になってきているが、比較的低予算で朝食付、何よりもベッドのマットレスの硬さがちょうどよくてこのホテルが好きです。

年数が感じられるたてものではあるが、値段の割に広さは申し分ない。 コンセントプラグの数も多く、またシャワーの水圧も問題ない。 コンビニもスーパーも近くにあり買い物にこまることはない。 フロントの女性スタッフの対応も素敵だった。

Hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff is very nice and helpful, they took really good care of my elderly mother. Special thanks to Galia. And they gave us a bottle of champagne as a New Year gift!
