Very welcoming and helpful hosts, spotlessly clean room and good value for money. I would highly recommend a stay at this charming hotel.

Lovely clean room,great hosts,i know its not to everyones taste but bar pretty non existent which is why we booked for a relaxing chill after adventurous day,otherwise nice hotel.

Very good value for money. Room was small but functional for a mini trip to blackpool and plenty of tea and coffee was provided. Also appreciated that a fan was provided as it was a very warm night. The owners were a lovely couple and offered to let us check in early so we could go off and enjoy our day. Hotel was also in a very good location, being a reasonable walking distance from both the pleasure beach and central pier.

Its an excellent Hotel and we are very happy to meet Elaine and Hugh on our arrival. They are very pleasant and helpful. Gave few hints to us about where to have tasty food and few tips about the stay. We'll maintain rooms and exactly like what they advertised on the internet. My family had a fantastic stay and would come back sure very soon to stay if I plan Blackpool again.... Sri.

close to beach, walkable. room size good. however bathroom is very small. rest everything was ok and good.

I only stayed for one night in the single room. It was a perfect place to sleep for one night, it might be a bit more challenging for a longer stay. The en-suite is a tight fit but had no problems with the shower. I couldn't get the TV to work but maybe that was user error and it didn't really matter for the length of time I was there. The hosts were very welcoming and it was ideal if you want to visit the South Pier and the Pleasure Beach.
