職員非常專注及貼心。飲食很棒。

Lovely space. Very large buffet for dinner and breakfast with a mix of mostly Japanese and some western foods. Afternoon tea was appreciated by hungry family after hiking that day. We had a traditional tatami room to accommodate our family in one room, a bit dusty for the son with allergies, sleeping so close to the floor Outdoor rooftop onsen had amazing views. Mens only and women’s only Catch the shuttle bus (110 yen per person) across the street from the Tobu Nikko station, in front of the coffee shop. We played tennis at the court across the front entrance for 1100 yen (rackets and ball rental) Trail around the hotel was nice in the morning to wake up but would not venture out past dark as there are no lights beyond the very start. A bit of a hill heading back and we finished it in under 30 mins but we were motoring to get to our breakfast buffet start.

他の系列ホテルにも行きましたが、アルコールの種類やウェルカムサービスのフードの種類が豊富でとても良かったです！お風呂の数は少ないですが露天風呂が気持ちよかったです。曇天でも少し星が見えたため、次回は晴れたら良いなと思います。

送迎バスで東武日光駅で乗車した時にスーツケースを預かってくれる事もなく、座席に持ち込みで乗車させられました。座席で座った心地がしなかったです。帰りは気持ちよくホテル前でスーツケースを預かって下さり、行きの対応に不満が募りました。 建物の作りが少し古いように思えました。 ホテル内でバードコール作りをしましたが、 道具を借りて簡単に作る事ができ、小鳥の囀りのような音がでて、楽しかったです。

外装は古いようですが客室は綺麗でした。レストランが開放的で素敵でした。 お酒、コーヒーなど（時間帯はありますが）いつでも飲み放題って凄いですね

友人と3人で一泊しました。 お部屋、お風呂、食事、サービス どれもとても良かったです。 家族や友人との楽しい旅行にはぴったりの宿だと思います。受付でレンタルしたジェンガと卓球で盛り上がり、お酒も飲み放題で大満足です。

客室も清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました

夕食と朝食は良かったがその他は値段の割に今一でもう一度利用することはないと思います。

Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the high price. The onsen water was just regular hot water — nothing special. The buffet was decent, and the wine selection was actually quite impressive, but breakfast was disappointing with no freshly squeezed juice available. Many of the walking trails nearby were also closed during my stay. For the price (over SGD 900 for a standard double room), it simply didn’t deliver the value or experience expected.

入館後に殆ど費用がかからないシステムは大変良い。 ビュッフェはライブ感があって中々良いが、厨房を囲んでほぼ楕円一列に料理が並ぶレイアウトの為、料理を取り込む客側が楕円の配膳台に沿って一列の行列を作ってしまい、取りたくない料理の前でも待たされる。90分という制限の中、食する時間がこれで削がれるのは残念。

ご飯の種類が多く楽しめた。ウェルカムドリンクやお風呂出たあとのリラックススペースなどアメニティが充実しておりホテル内でかなりゆっくり楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来た。また利用したいです

マッサージチェアが無料で使えるが大変良い。ドリンク、おつまみ、アルコール、お夜食が利用でき、至れり尽せりでした。
