整个房间非常棒，住起来非常舒适。

Dekat ke mana-mana, trasportasi gampang di cari, yang penting ke klcc tinggal jalan kaki.

Proses check in ataupun check out cukup mudah dan cepat. Tetapi dibawah nakas masih ada sampah plastik kecil. Mohon diperhatikan kembali kebersihannya. Terima kasih

Lif lembap terutama apabila tiba waktu check out. 20 minit menunggu turn nak masuk lift.

Lift nya sangat lambat. Apalagi saat jam checkout.

Always come back to stay here. Close by KLCC.

Saat check in dengan premier cukup faster karena tidak banyak pertanyaan, tidak ada deposit. Tapi antrian lift sungguh sangat tidak nyaman apalagi jam pagi akan sarapan, dari lantai 42 ke Ground, kita harus sabar karena lift turun tiap lantai. Sangat membuat saya panikanjika akan habis oksigen, walo tidak terjadi. Padat dalam lift. Seperti nya sudah bisa ditambah lift dengan room sebanyak itu.

Kamar bersih. Jendela sempat masalah, tapi segera direspon dan ditangani. Semua berjalan lancar.

I thought the room that I booked has bathtub AND washing machine, because it was stated so in the app page. But alas, I had to choose either and which is why I was disappointed. I hope there is a compensation on this because the profile of the room does not match the reality. But during my LONG stay there, it was great, nice location and pleasant room. I just didn't really how the receptionist responded to my complaint.

I arrived the hotel so early morning, the hotel have space for sitting and reception not 24 hours, the staff will come around 7:00am. Hotel environment is very good, not too far from Kuala Lumpur central just walk around 5 mins. Hotel quite busy when check-in and check-out time, I have waiting for elevator almost 1 hour when check-out day. The hotel has all the facilities available for guests such as swimming pool, fitness center and bar. The room I booked was very good with the bathtub and the bed so comfortable for sleeping, Worth for stay!

Apartemennya bersih, peralatannya lengkap, tapi kasurnya kok keras ya, dan Wifi-nya lelet.

Kunci card tidak berfungsi. Sampai kami bolak balik dari lantai 36 mnnyakan solusi. Katanya disuruh menunggu petugas yang incharge. Krena ternyata petugas lobby hanya untuk check in. Manajemen hotel beda lagi. Bukan tanggung jawab lobby. 1 jam kami menunggu di luar kamar. Kedua kali kami ke lobby. Di beri angka password pintu. Tanpa menjelaskan lebih lanjut bagaimana cara memasukkan angka password. Berulang coba-coba. Dengan menempelkan lebih dulu kartu pass. Muncul tidak muncul-muncul. Sampai akhirnya kami mendapat kemudahan dari Allah. Kami coba dengan menempelkan tangan. (tanpa Pass card) ternyata bisa keluar angka. Lalu kami bisa masuk. Sampai sore tidak ada petugas yang konfirmasi ke kamar kami. What a stressfull experience. Semoga tidak terjadi pada customer berikutnya. Kalo terjadi. Segera minta angka pasworrd pintu. Tempelkan tangan anda. Lalu angka akan keluar. Jangan mau diminta menunggu petugas datang. Akan sia-sia.

The receptionist only passed the key without knowledge of the unit condition, no wifi, took so long time to wait for elevator.
