The Elm is a newer hotel and was very clean and nice.

I most enjoyed the comfort, atmosphere, and friendly staff. Surprised there was no hair dryer, room service and a bigger breakfast menu. Our overall stay was very enjoyable! The bartender at night was the friendliest and most helpful!! I wish I remembered her name We would definitely return!!

Came for a baby shower. Had a great time and loved the hotel.

Dante and other staff were exceptional. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean.

The wearher was raining. The the nice lady on duty to good care of me.

Needs alot of improvements

We booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, but ended up checking out after the first night because of how terrible the room was. 1. We found cockroaches in our room 2. The beds are utterly uncomfortable 3. Since the elevator to the lobby was broken they left the door accessing the ground floor units open - therefore any one could just wander in. Major security issue. 4. The front desk leaves much to be desired 5. I asked for a call back from a manager 4 times and haven’t heard a peep from them.

The are was beautiful, staff was nice , pool was dirty couldn't really enjoy and that was the maen reason for the visit to relax in the pool area, blinds didn't work was told they needed to be charged up!

There are so many things to do around this hotel! The staff has been amazing and so friendly! The room is nice and big and clean.
