Questionable suroundings.

There were no curtains in the room, only blinds, so it was a little too bright for our taste

The place is new and clean. No frills, but I chose it because of the price and was not disappointed that I did.

everything is very clean, as you would hope/expect for such a new property. but little details in the workmanship show. previous stay, the toilet was not properly bolted to the floor (allowing it to "rock" in place) this time, the elec.outlet did not work in the bathroom; the hot and cold were reversed in the shower (nbd, but they should at least notify guests at check in); and, although the mattress was comfortable, the bed frame itself was flimsy and noisy. nothing worth asking for a different room over... but not great.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The beds DO NOT have the top mattress on them so its like sleeping on box springs and the pillows were flat enough I used them underneath me to sleep on. You could hear the women in the next room every time she sneezed. When we got to the hospital for the surgery the receptionist said we were the 3rd to complain about the place and our surgeon was late because he stayed there and couldn't sleep because of the door slamming all night. There is no coffee pots in the rooms or ice machines even in the hallway and if you want to cook you have to rent or buy the pans from them. there was a pit bull dog that came running at me when I stepped off the elevator and it was not on a leash.

We love this place! It is very convenient for walking to anywhere you want to go in Inverness! And easy to get to from Tampa. Very clean, quiet and all the staff are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend Woodspring Suites.

Beds need upgrades, ie better mattresses, otherwise a fantastic place.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. The beds were some of the worst I've slept in. Everytime my husband would roll over the bed would shake. The gal at the front desk said they are going to get new frames to remedy that. Hopefully they do. R

Large spacious rooms, set up more as long term stay. Full size fridge 2 element electric stove top, microwave plenty of drawer and closet space. Only downside was I was only staying 1 night and they don't have an Ice machine cause they expect you to make it in the freezer in the trays provided. Front desk staff helped out by giving me a bit from their freezer.

Killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. Mattress was not comfortable at all. Room above us was noisy in the wee hours of the morning and as I was checking out, I found out their maintenance guy was using that room himself that night. Am planning A 9 night stay in May and it will not be in your hotel.

Room & bathroom very clean. Had to ask for hairdryer at front desk but not a problem. Landscaping taken care of out front. All staff I encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. Will stay again when in the area!
