The room was immaculate. They provided a startup package and shops were close by to buy whatever you required.

Yes, there were plenty of shops nearby and it was close to public transportation which made it really easy to get around. The pharmacy was a short walk which we needed for allergy medicine. Coffee shops a Billa and a Spar Gourmet all within 5-6 minute walk.

Köket var fullt utrustat för 4 personer. Det fanns kylskåp med frysfack, ugn, plattor och micro. Allt var helt nytt och såg oanvänt ut. Lägenheten låg 300 m från Praterstern som har tunnelbana in till stan, bara ett par stops samt tåg till flygplatsen. Stationen har även en mataffär (Billa) som är öppen varje dag till 22 samt 3 utmärkta bagerier.

Super schönes, helles, sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit viel Platz für 3 Personen. Der Nachhaltigkeitkeits-Gedanke gefällt uns sehr und es waren viele durchdachte, praktische und nette Details eingebaut. Alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Wien braucht. Gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr und auch nicht weit zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Check-in rein digital, vorab mit Hochladen des Passes und Hinterlegen von 500€ Kaution. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We stayed in the "Comfy" version of the rooms available, which is an open plan kitchen and living space, and a bedroom with an un-suite bathroom, very spacious. The link sent when making the booking explain everything step-by-step, from check-in to check-out. There is no staff on site, but they are available over messaging or email, they respond quickly and are super helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was clean, warm, well decorated, and it being an aparthotel, had everything available for a comfortable stay. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the historical centre, and near an underground station and a train station with direct links to the airport, so incredibly well located. Overall had a wonderful experience over the 3 nights I spent there, would recommend, and would gladly be back :)

Room was clean and spacious

We only got to stay 1 night, but it was a great experience. It was a little confusing at first because we did not receive a confirmation number from hotels.com to start the Urban Jungle (UJ) check in process. However, once we received our UJ confirmation code, we were able to fill out the check in forms, get an access code, and it was straightforward to enter the building. The unit was larger than expected, spotless and loved all of the sustainability/environmental aspects such as the compost bin, well water flush feature and radiant heating in the bathroom floor. It's lovely to have real plants in your room and the ability to open windows for fresh air. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The one thing I wish they had offered was hair conditioner along with the shampoo. The location is only 2 blocks from the Prater park so we were able to check out the Winterfest. The neighborhood felt very safe and was extremely clean. We will definitely visit Vienna again and plan on staying at Urban Jungle since it was such a good experience. We definitely recommend staying there.

We loved our stay here! Easy to get in, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We really liked the bed space, sometimes while traveling you never know the quality of the sleep you’ll get but this bed was comfortable and cozy!

My friend and I were so pleasantly surprised by the property! It was much bigger than appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. The decoration was very cute as well. The location was walking distance from everything we did. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
