Fomos surpreendidos por um ótimo hotel para um pernoite próximo ao aeroporto. O quarto era bastante confortável e o chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã incluso era melhor que o café da manhã de um ibis pago.

It is an excellent option to stay close to the airport in Lima

Happened to get a room next to the main road, which was extremely noisy during rush hour, but quiet at night. The property itself is perfect, the neighborhood okay. Good place to eat opposite the hotel and also beautiful mall 15 mins walk / short uber with awesome places to eat. The hotel is a good choice for those who are flying early and wish to avoid the morning traffic from Miraflores / San Isidro.

Good stay if you are looking to stay near the airport. Employees are very friendly and the overall hotel presentation and experience was good.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación ya que está súper cerca del aeropuerto internacional Jorge Chávez. La habitación era relativamente cómoda y estaba limpia Yo estuve solo unas horas porque tenía un vuelo de madrugada pero no dormí casi nada, porque se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y algunos aviones. Además el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.

We stayed here for one night because it is close to Lima airport for our next day flight to Cusco. The hotel staff is super nice and the room is very clean. The bed is firm, perfect for me.

The staff are very helpful, good breakfast, near the airport.

The dining is not good

Check in was good and quick, service from the front desk was good. Although clean and tidy on the surface, we found someones tablet(medication) on the floor by the bed.

The biggest problem I had with my stay is that I spent at least 2-3 hours trying to get help in several ways at the front desk but the employees seem to Try but that did not help me or anyone in my party at the time; To not have at least 1 English speaking employee is a major problem especially with a hotel that's considered an airport hotel for International Travelers. not to mention the closet safe didn't work, the portable AC Unit takes hours to take the temperature down 5 degrees last but certainly not least the get someone to help change the caption from Spanish to English..
