This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？

The breakfast was very poor

This is mentioned as a 4,5 starred hotel, but during the summer heat the room was on high temperatures, the hotel have no good ventilation and no air conditioning, fans didn’t help as hot air was in the flow. 4 nights was terrible as I got sick by the heat. The Bar: staff don’t have basic education on doing the drinks, basically reading the recipes while making the drinks and failed time over time. The reception, very non interested staff. Ordering breakfast box was an issue after 5 pm. Strong suggest to look for another hotel as it’s not close to the value of the price l.

Sauberes Zimmer. Genügend Ablageflächen im Bad, sehr gut. Gutes Frühstück. Super Zugang zum Schwimmen im See. Badetücher an der Rezeption erhältlich.

The service was great the food was amazing and beautiful and clean hotel, the only downside is that there is no AC expect for the suite.

In de kleine kamer is geen airco, er was alleen een kleine rammelende ventilator waardoor je door de warmte en herrie niet kon slapen en zijn we daardoor maar een nacht gebleven in dit hotel in plaats van 2 nachten De locatie is prima

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever, odalar gayet temiz, otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde. İsviçre gezimizde 2 gece konakladığımız muhteşem bir oteldi.

We had such a pleasant stay at this beautiful lakefront hotel. I love the atmosphere, the design of the facility, and the ambiance of the environment. It was so relaxing. I definitely recommend it to people who want to have a relaxing break.

Veldig fint hotel, bra beliggenhet og hyggelig ansatte. Frokost var litt skuffende

Un peu à l’extérieur mais très beau à l’intérieur le personnel très sympathique ! L’hôtel offre une belle vue sur le lac

Chambre agréable avec vu sur le lac. Petit déjeuner bon et varié. Le spa était incroyable.
