Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.

I will start by saying that I would highly recommend the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The staff are lovely & the rooms are great. This is my 3rd stay there & it didn’t go quite as well as it has in the past. I always bring my dog with me and they usually provide dog wipes so that you can wipe off their feet before entering the hotel room and those were unfortunately not provided this time and they said that they didn’t have them. That was a bummer because I would’ve brought my own, but I didn’t because I anticipated them being in the room again. I would say my biggest disappointment was with room service. I would not recommend the tomato Barada pizza. It is covered in dried tomato paste and then portions of Barada, but it was not very tasty and it was just not what I had expected at all. The tomato sauce is weird and even the Barada is a little weird. In the morning, I ordered a California burrito and ask them to add a few ingredients. They forgot the tomatoes, but they added spicy pickles and because I absolutely hate pickles. The whole burrito was pretty much ruined. When I called them and let them know about it, they said that they would try to take it off the bill. They did in fact take it off of the Bill, but I had a little giggle over the fact that they still charged me for the Latte. I would’ve thought that they would’ve Just exited out the entire breakfast, Bill. It’s not a big deal. I just found it a little funny. This is the first class property. You get what you pay for and the experience there is outstanding, and hey, there’s a Starbucks right across the street but you don’t even need to go there because they have an excellent coffee shop right in the lobby. Location is outstanding, you can walk to many of the neighborhoods, including Soho and of course you’re right in Mayfair. And the short walk-through Green Park over to Westminster Abbey. Other locations you can walk to including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square —it’s a great location and a fun walk.

The staff made this stay exceptional. From the moment you step in, you are greeted and helped out with utter serenity, professionalism and respect.

Absolutely incredible stay, but only if you aren’t here on business. The WiFi was very unstable and we had to both work from local coffee shops and/or WeWorks.

1 Hotel always impresses. I really like the laid back vibe and the location is perfect and beautiful. Everything was as expected. All of the staff members were wonderful except the male host that was there Thursday May 14 at the lobby bar. We were two people and he would not agree to let us wait by the bar for a table or to just have a drink. There were seats open and we were told guests of hotel are okay without reservations. His tone of telling us that there are no seats was rude and he was loud intentionally it seemed for others to hear us be declined entry. When asked when we could be called for a seat he said “oh I don’t know - an hour if at all possible”. Bar was not packed and there were seats at the bar for at least one of us and it would’ve been fine for the other to stand. Another lady coming out to the exit was also come paining about this question persons offensive tone. Not cool. What we like about 1 hotel is their laid back luxury. Anyways he did not ruin our trip and everyone else was wonderfully nice and the rooms were amazing. One final matter was that I dod not ask for an accessible bathroom room on my second stay there this week and they gave me one. The accessible room was very odd and the accessibility equipment which I did not need, was everywhere and for me, took away some Of the amenities like a closed in shower etc.

Incredible property, we truly enjoyed it!

Two standout team members were Lamar, the bellman & Grace, my massage therapist. Lamar was so helpful & cheerful & professional. Grace gave me one of the best massages I have ever had in my life….and I have had hundreds, if not more, all over the world. She is truly phenomenal.

The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing. What a luxurious experience and also a fantastic staff that are so attentive to their guests. The property is as advertised and even better on arrival. The rooms are beautifully decorated and also keep a very modern and comfortable vibe. The area surrounding is safe and the dining is vast. There are multiple places to eat and drink close by. The shopping areas are beautiful and also walkable

Staff were amazing - very comfortable room rainfall shower bathroom was nice and decent shower pressure as well. 4 nights in a location like this at a 5 star hotel for roughly $2000 in May was reasonable.

Stunning hotel. Rooms are spacious. Staff is top notch. Bar is a blast on the weekend!
