There is problem when check in. It took almost 2 hours to check in. The host didn't give proper information about the check in. The host made the the check in miserable. He gave us wrong password to get the key from mailbox. The WiFi not connectable. The room was not as clean as picture. There is no tissue, soap etc. When we try to WhatsApp the host no response at all. I hope the improve their services. But the condominium facilities are excellent.

The admin were rude. Our security deposit almost got deducted because they say we late check out. They got cctv at the door of entrance, but still manage to get wrong info. Didn't even say sorry. Late return of security deposit (supposedly 48hours after check out, but they ‘investigated’ our case and still got wrong info about our check out time lol). Also need to pay rm50 for cleaning fee before check in, but also put so much rules for the house. They said it was written in policy. Very sneaky. Usually owners very transparent with additional charge but not this one. Too expensive for cleaning fee when we were not allowed to left even a small dirt nor dust. They uses capslock for messages and still capslock even after I warned. Never met this kind of admin. Very childish and unprofessional. Can't even ask for ic picture nicely, and can't answer question professionally. Aiyaa. However place is OK, its the highest floor of the building. Surrounding is OK. Easy access to convenience store. But a bit tricky to find the mailbox location. Good experience with the place, but not with the admin. Not gonna repeat, thank you.

The homestay is fascinating. But there is only a slight problem. The owner forgot to renew their access key card on the day of my check-in. So it is quite troublesome to access in and out of the place. Had to call-in security guard to help me access the entry door and elevator. But luckily, they renewed the card on the next day. My advice to the owner is please do check the access card before giving it to tenets because it cause a bit problem.

Too much add on. Not recommended at all, bilik bau hapak, bantal nipis, and there is no bidet for toilet.

Hi, I'm Lim Yew Choong and recently I make 3 reservation through apps and make booking at Liberty Arc, Ampang by agent 1 Dream Homestay. On d 3booking I had paid RM 100 for each booking as deposit request by the d agent (1 Dream Homestay). Upon check out d agent don't want to refund my deposit and keep given me excuses they are still checking on my refund. 1St booking check-out 1:30pm - agent forfeit my RM 100 deposit because I jz late 1.5hrs check out. 2nd booking check-out on time 11:55am - agent given excuse and keep delaying my refund without reasonable answer. I check out on Friday and d agent said deposit will refund to me within 24hrs. Then agent said Saturday and Sunday not count and keep delaying my refund to Monday. As on Monday at 6pm d agent still don't want refund and keep saying still checking my refund. 3rd booking check-out today 6/11/2023 1:12pm - even 2nd booking already don't want refund so d 3rd booking also will b d same. I feel d agent is a SCAM and cheating my deposit of total RM 300. Furthermore d agent also request additional charging for cleaning fee of RM 50 for each booking. This I paid too but I feel is also not make sense. So many times I paid d amount as stated in apps only and others agent before never request additional surcharge like this cleaning fee too. I had a very bad experience now when make booking through apps. As why such kind of agent can scam customer money from apps platform too. I hope apps can look further on my case. Total I had lost RM 300 deposit + RM 150 surcharge cleaning fee. If cs need any further info, please don't hesitate to call me.
