這次入住非圖片上的飯店，他們說幫我升級到Grand hotel,主動開車載我們及行李到新飯店，也幫忙搬行李到房間，房間升級為二層的閣樓房，有冷氣有冰箱，裡面設施齊全，很多插座，水壓強，位置比原訂飯店更好，就在黑死病紀念柱旁，旁邊就是地窖餐廳，走路去任何景點都很方便，最後退房時，除了幫忙把沉重的行李扛下來以外，還載我們到巴士站搭車，早餐豐富好吃，雖然沒有電梯，但服務很到位，讓人心甘情願額外付小費，感謝他們的服務與協助。

免費升等到廣場的飯店，客房很整潔，服務人員友善，早餐種類多元好吃，還有接駁服務可以到巴士站，整體體驗很棒

房間乾淨，早餐豐盛，員工親切，地點很好，離客運站跟老城區都很近

飯店位置在大馬路邊，對自由行拉行李很友善，早餐要到另一間飯店餐廳吃，約走10分鐘內就到，早餐非常好吃，飯店人員也很友善

住在镇中心广场边，步行都所有景点都方便，最值得赞的是早餐，非常丰富并且有档次，就餐环境温馨雅致

The reception lady is very nice and helpful. I lost my passport and she helped me to get it back. The location of the hotel is perfect, staffs are very nice. Breakfast is good. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

When I went to the original accommodation, it was empty. I called and someone picked me up - they had upgraded me to the main hotel, but didn't have my number to contact me.

Hotel doskonale zlokalizowany w samym centrum Krumlova. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokoje czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Bardzo dobre śniadanie - duży wybór dań zimnych i ciepłych, wybór owoców i deserów.

シャワーの水が外に出でしまうのが難点でした。 朝食は種類も多いく美味しく頂きました。 スタッフの方々は非常に親切で気持ちよく対応して頂きました。

Rooms a bit aged. But the buffet breakfast at their main hotel is fantastic good!

Trotz Vorheriger, 4-stündiger Buchung, und Bestätigung durch Expedia war das Hotel überbucht… die absagen kam erst vor Ort. Keine Unterstützung dann am Samstag Abend noch eine andere Übernachtung zu finden, geht gar nicht, nur immer „sorry sorry „. Das beste ist aber das Geld wurde sofort abgezogen…ich kann mich jetzt streiten und muss den ganzen hinterherlaufen…Saftladen! Nie wieder!

Nice room and wonderful woman who cleaned and served breakfast buffet.

A very clean and spacious hotel (Junior Suite) at a great location to easily walk around the beautiful town. The breakfast is very good. On-site parking is a plus as well.

Bra läge i Cesky Krumlovy. Receptionen är inte bemannad utan man ringer så kommer de dit från sitt andra hotell. Frukosten var bra med värdinna som lagade scrambled eggs.

Got an upgrade from the hotel to stay in Hotel Grand. Buffet breakfast is nice and delicious. Staff are great and gave us a ride to the bus station. Excellent service.
