The villas at Himmapana Hills were stunning. We arrived at 9 AM, so we expected that our room wouldn't be ready immediately. They informed us it would be ready in 2 or 3 hours. My family and I left to spend some time in town and returned at 3 PM, expecting our room to be ready. However, when we arrived, they shuttled us to a villa that was already occupied. After returning to the reception, they told us we would need to wait for our room. We expressed our disappointment to management, and they kindly upgraded us to a 3-bedroom villa for the first two nights, so we wouldn't have to wait any longer for our 2-bedroom villa. The 3-bedroom villa was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Additionally, the hotel was kind enough to offer us a late check-out as we had a very late flight, which was greatly appreciated. However, one concern was that the staff entered our villa on multiple occasions without notice, which was unsettling. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, although it would have been nice to be closer to Patong Beach.
