The amenity ‘parking available’ was for us a reason to choose this hotel, however it should not be taken too seriously. The hotel itself is on a very busy street without parking and/or standing option. We tried to call the hotel where we should be parking, however no one picked up. We ended up returning our car to the airport early and just work with an uber. Upon check-in the receptionist said that they work with a garage across the river in a different part of town? Just be honest and don’t offer this as an amenity. The pintxo that we tried 8pm was clearly old. No advertisement for their Michelin star restaurant.

Exactly as described. Perfect for a short break and right in the centre of everything.

Average hotel. Got the attic room for family of 4, room had no windows, small closet space. Bathroom very small, shower floor was nasty and water leaks into the bathroom. Ola restaurant was good. Wouldn't stay here again

Beautiful hotel, very nicely, renovated historical building great location, easy parking totally recommended as a frequent traveler this is one of the nicer hotels I have found in Spain

This is a great hotel in the heart of Bilboa. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay outstanding. Very friendly people and excellent hospitality. The breakfast at the Ola restaurant was wonderful. Great food and the service was absolutely superb. The waitstaff was so warm and welcoming. Really makes the experience feel special.

The hotel is in an ideal part of Bilbao's old town but still in walking distance to all the major attractions. A great hotel with super staff and a great breakfast cooked fresh every morning with plenty of variety. If going to use public transport get a Baizka card and you will save a significant amount across all you travels. If wanting to go to San Sebastian make sure you book a seat for the bus these sell quickly especially the early ones Will certainly return if in Bilbao
