房间很干净。在这里住得很开心♡

总体来说不错，位置很近，去哪儿都很方便，酒店很舒适

我妈妈对房间很满意。床很舒服，位置靠近Pavilion Bukit Jalil，大堂还有星巴克臻选咖啡店。

非常干净、实用的酒店。星巴克就在一楼。价格超值。地理位置优越，交通便利，就在Pavillion购物中心旁边。房间宽敞，配有沙发床，非常舒适放松。服务热情友好，非常专业。下次来吉隆坡，我一定会再次入住凯悦嘉轩酒店。

房间氛围舒适宜人，工作休闲两相宜。入住体验良好，清洁度符合预期，工作人员随时准备提供各种帮助。一定会再次入住度假。

我担心东盟峰会会堵车，所以预订了会议区附近的酒店，避开了交通拥堵。这绝对是我做过的最棒的决定！房间非常宽敞，还有一张沙发，我最后还在上面做了些工作。浴室也配备了相应的设施。而且酒店附近还有武吉加里尔凉亭，所以没什么可抱怨的。强烈推荐！

I stayed here for the Maroon 5 concert at National Hockey Stadium Kuala Lumpur on Feb 12th. It was a great experience.

Hyatt Place (Bukit Jalil) A Hassle-Free Stay My family and relatives booked four rooms at Hotel Hyatt Place (Bukit Jalil) from December 4 to December 8, 2024. We chose this hotel for its convenience and easy access to the shopping mall, Pavilion. Since we arrived early before the check-in time, the friendly front office staff—Hanis and Joshua—provided us with a room to freshen up and for my parents to rest. During our stay, the front office staff - Shamin, Thini, and Alisya, were courteous and friendly in serving us. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, as the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. My parents, especially my father who has mobility concerns, were pleased with the spacious bathroom and wheelchair accessibility. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful in providing the items we requested. The children enjoyed their stay, often going out for their favorite drinks and food in the vicinity. For my father, who uses a wheelchair, getting to Pavilion shopping mall was slightly challenging but manageable. When we requested a late check-out from the front office manager, Vatshyayana, he agreed without hesitation. We were pleasantly surprised, and he joked that I had caught him in a "good mood". 😄 Overall, our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free, thanks to the combination of friendly service and comfortable rooms. This hotel will be our first choice for future stays in Kuala Lumpur.

I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

Sangat ok, bersih, luas, dekat mal Paviliun Bukit Jalil dan banyak tempat makan.

Friendly staffs, great location for the conveniency of reaching the shopping mall and shops around.

The room gets hot in middle of the night even thou aircon was on full. And the settings was correct. The breakfast is the same. We were there for 10 days and no difference in their menu. Same fruits, salads, nasi lemak. Parents room door had to be pushed by tough people to be opened. Can't easily open from the door knob. Had to use my shoulder force to open. Water heater was turns cold when showering. No room service. No bath robe provided fyip! Nvertheless room was cleaned every day without fail. Manager Vicknes was helpful on some matters.
