酒店很新，干净整洁，维护得也很好。顶楼的温泉很舒适，也很新，有室内和室外两种选择。酒店附近/拐角处有很多很棒的餐厅。强烈推荐。

房间宽敞舒适，适合家庭入住。房间全新，配备小厨房。酒店内设有舒适的公共浴室，非常方便。酒店靠近车站、商店和阿美横町。不过，周边地区的夜生活不太适合儿童。

太开心了！住得很愉快。孩子们也很喜欢宽敞的房间和优越的地理位置。

Highly recommendation! One of the staff can speak Indonesian and is also from Indonesia. And this hotel location is not far from Ueno Station and the subway.

强烈推荐！其中一位工作人员会说印尼语，也有人来自印度尼西亚。这家酒店位置很好，离上野站和地铁站都不远。

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, close to food. In the lobby there is a coffee shop, and guests get 1 free cup of coffee.

One of the nicest accommodations we stayed in Japan, the room is spacious, brand-new, the beds are comfie, the room is brightly lit, we are very satisfied with the amenities, kitchen utensils, and kitchen appliances provided. Wish we could stay here a few days. However, the downside of staying here is that the rooms are not cleaned daily, the housekeeping will only change fresh towels and take the trash out daily.

Request best view dan bener2 dikasi best view ke arah Ueno Park… Kalau bawa anak2 akan seneng banget explore Ueno Park krn ada bbrp pilihan museum… Hotelnya luas, nyaman banget utk 2 orang adult and 2 orang children… Kemana2 gampang tinggal pilih mau lewat stasiun yang mana… Ada laundry coin, jd ga perlu worry perihal baju kotor, meski nggak kering banget dryernya tapi masi oke sih… Kalau hujan bisa pinjem payung, mau makan deket, lawson juga deket…
