住宿地點在火車站旁邊，自駕遊客可以暫停旅館前停車位方便卸行李。旅館的櫃台服務人員親切有禮有耐心，早餐在附近的咖啡店非常豐盛好吃。走路到新特拉宮約10分鐘、到雷加萊拉莊園約20分鐘。

wonderful stay here

From Sintra station just 5 mins walk, we loved staying at this hotel, elegant and charming design,very warm living room, free red wine,very relax. the room is big,clean, the front desk lady was very nice. the hotel cafe provide delicious, abundance breakfast.

Excellent location, extremely good services, valued price

Beautiful suite near everything. Catarina provided excellent hospitality and helped us extend our stay.

Property was exceptional from the amazing staff to the picturesque location and ambiance. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Really amazing stay. The building is lovely and beautifully decorated. We were fortunate enough to have been upgraded and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, very short walk to the train station and bus stop for the palaces. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The service really was above and beyond and we would definitely return here.

We stayed for 2 nights. There were 3 people in the room and it was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great. It was easy to walk to many of the sights we wanted to see and we felt very safe. We opted to have breakfast included, which was wonderful. It was a continental breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries, a coffee of your choice, juice, cheese, meat, eggs. The staff at the cafe were very friendly. I would highly recommend it. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great and friendly staff who really gave us good tips on getting around and what to do!

The staff was so helpful and charming. The rooms were upgraded and more than what we needed. The bed was big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I also really enjoyed Sintra and our stay was greatly improved by staying overnight. The location is also super convenient from the train station. Incommon restaurant was also close by and delicious.

We highly recommend this chalet. Perfect location,proximal to the center of town which was within walking distance to many areas of interest. The train & bus station very close to the Chalet. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed & updated bathroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful in making recommendations for dinner as well as arranging local tours. The breakfast was at a very popular cafe off site but within walking distance to the chalet. Full BF & willing to accommodate those with allergies.Will revisit again in the future!

A delightful find in Sintra. Ne need to stay at a big name hotel when this boutique place has EVERYTHING. We got the least expensive room since ours was a shot stay. We were assigned a charming room in the former wine cellar. No elevator and we were prepared to carry our suitcases downstairs but the staff insisted on doing it. Our room had a nice size bed which definitely filled the room but there was a little sitting area and a perfectly roomy bathroom with a walk in shower. The room was small but a small bottle of wine came with it. An honor bar provides snack and drinks. The area is charming and we would definitely go back.

What a great hotel and such pleasant staff. Our room was on the third floor down with an entrance to the garden. The location was great for strolling around the old town and easy to get an uber to the Pena Palace. The hotel does not have parking but there are parking spots just outside the hotel Also there are no elevators but the staff helped out by bringing our bags down 3 floors to our room. This hotel is on my list for a return visit.

Great location for exploring Sintra. Close to bus/train station. Very walkable with many restaurant choices. Warning for those with mobility issues - stairs to get to rooms.

Lovely place, enjoyed our 1 night stay so much and definitely would love to come back for longer stay! Breakfast was excellent in their other location close by. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful, room was large , comfortable. Unique, artistic, boutique hotel.
