Cute hotel

Fabulous big room well appointed in the centre of town, clean and very comfortable. Generous breakfast, friendly staff.

A good hotel close to the centre of town. We were made very welcome and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Very well trained personnel. Excellent quality and affordable food. Newly equipped and very clean rooms. The hotel is right on Riga - Vilnius road in the center of Panevezys, very easy to find. As for things to improve, this hotel has no even small weight room, while there seem to be quite some space for one. As for the room comfort, TV is currently located straight on the only room table which is small even without that. Would be good to wall-mount this TV up in order to free up some table space. But those are very minor cosmetic things. With them done, this hotel would become a near 5-star property.

A primeira impressão do hotel não foi boa, porque fomos recebidos por uma recepcionista muito nervosa, chegou a perguntar se não entendíamos a lingua inglesa, quando não entendi uma frase que ela falou muito rápido e despreparada, ela não soube como abrir o cofre do quarto, mas se esforçou para conseguir e não conseguiu, porém no 2° dia a pessoa da recepção e o pessoal do café foram bem gentis e atenciosos, mudando assim, nossa impressão sobre o hotel. No final acabamos gostando do hotel, mas torcemos para não pegar a 1a recepcionista novamente.
