It's ok but the staff is not very friendly and helpful I booked a room on Expedia for a family of four but they said Expedia booked only for 2 people. They did give me family room eventually

We stayed for one night to rest at this hotel, which is surrounded by beautiful fields. It was lovely, clean, and cosy. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool, as it was closed during our stay. This was particularly disappointing because the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. We were told it had been closed because not many guests were using it. However, we had specifically chosen this hotel because of the advertised facilities, so we believe the pool should have been open as advertised. There was also some confusion with our room. We were initially given the wrong room, which was small, located next to the restaurant, noisy, and had no air conditioning. We had to return to reception to ask for the room we had actually booked. Fortunately, we were helped by a polite lady at reception who quickly sorted everything out. She gave us a quiet room with a terrace overlooking an apricot tree. The room had air conditioning, a fridge, and was spacious enough for the three of us. It was also lovely to walk around the hotel grounds and see the goats, horses, and rabbits. The food at the restaurant was good, and the lady serving breakfast was also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the man at reception when we arrived, who gave us the wrong room, and the man who checked us out were not helpful. The second receptionist was particularly unpleasant. Although he spoke English, he continued speaking in his own language.

Gutes Frühstück Freundliches Personal

Leider wurde durch die Firma Expedia die beiden Kinder, welche ich angegeben habe nicht berücksichtigt. Es wurde die Kinder nicht an die Unterkunft weitergemeldet und somit wurde nur ein Zweibettzimmer reserviert. Doch bei der Rezeption wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht und auch gefunden. Gottseidank, denn sonst hätte es ein großes Problem gegeben.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Da es im Zimmer keinen Wasserkocher gab, war man für warme Getränke auf das Restaurant angewiesen, die dort kostenpflichtig sind. Dabei hatte ich persönlich den Eindruck, dass der Umgang des Barista nicht immer besonders freundlich war.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war groβ und sauber, die Betten sehr gut. Das Frühstuck mit Produkten aus der Region auch sehr gut. Danke!

Dieses Hotel besuche ich gerne wieder!

Gutes Essen!

Das Essen war absolut nicht Ordnung, die Wurst war nicht frisch, die Auswahl minimal. Wenn es an Personal mangelt kann man Nächtigung auch ohne Verpflegung anbieten, dann kann ich als Gast selbst entscheiden was ich essen will und suche mir ein benachbartes Restaurant, bevor ich für etwas bezahle was nicht nicht akzeptabel ist.

Sehr ruhig. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Super Hotel!! Werde mit meiner Familie sicher wieder kommen .

Noch ein paar Schwächen beim Frühstück (wir waren in der ersten Nacht nach der Corona-Sperre), wurden aber mit viel Einsatz wett gemacht. Zimmer in Ordnung und sauber.

A szállás jó volt, Klíma nem volt a szobába !! A tisztaság lehetett volna nagyobb a szobában.

zu wenig Steckdosen, die wenigen die da waren waren nicht praktisch platziert. Die Beleuchtung generell zu schwach

4 Nächte in einem schönen Hotel 20 km bis Sopron /Ungarn Angrenzendes Freibad kostenlos nutzbar Frühstück gut.

schöne Unterkunft, leider am Abend kein Essen mehr bekommen, montags ist fast überall Ruhetag mussten 10-15 min wohin fahren um etwas zu essen
