Great location and the it was so much better than we expected, all fresh and new

The accommodation and staff were excellent. Location perfect. The communal parking area needs repairs.

The shower was fabulous, but the team there a bit confused and absent. Took three attempts to find anyone to get the wifi password.

I telephoned and it was disconnected. I went to reception which was under construction and dangerous. When I found someone they walked me back to reception through the mess of construction to pay difference of bill and give me a key. Room was clean and was ok for one night. No chairs. Tiny bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was not the best. Place is well located to cafes and pub.

The property was ideally situated, very clean and everything available, was a little difficult to find.

Found it tricky to check in as reception signs point to disused area. Eventually sortef and shown to big clean room. Bathrooms are great just be aware shower can run into bathroom floor. Our TV did not work but others did. Was warm and cosy from heater. The location to the main Hahndorf street makes up for any issues. Literally 10 meters from an anazing German style restaurant/beer hall.

Clean and quiet

Clean, comfortable, excellent location. Only (very minor) criticism….the a/c was noisy at times. Very happy overall, would definitely stay again or recommend to others

The parking was atrocious. The room was a 10'x8 box with no windows. Not enough room in bathroom to dry off. Barely enough room around bed. The only person to help was the cleaner. The owners could barely speak English. The cost of $169 per night was ridiculous. They should have paid us to even turn up to what was advertised as a boutique hotel. Totally wrong. Would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Very central location, room small and steep stairs, no window in room, otherwise quite comfortable

I had a wedding to go to with transport provided to the wedding venue from Hahndorf. I chose this motel as it was central to everything I needed and a reasonable price. It's a lovely place to stay. The location was excellent and it was very quiet given it was virtually in the middle of Hahndorf. However I was disappointed that the room was on the small side and that there wasn't a chair to sit on to drink my cups of tea. I had to sit on the bed which unless I was lying down didn't offer any back support. A full length mirror would have been nice as I was dressing for the wedding, and couldn't see below my waist in the mirror that was on the wall. (it was a beautiful mirror though!). Overall I would say yes it is a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

Yes no to cold to have aircon on we used the heater. We were upgraded aswell that was very kind of them

Room was really big and the bathroom was huge and super clean and spacious. Really lovely linen on the bed. Host was lovely and the place is in the BEST location
