When we get into the room, it’s had some insect on the bed. It’s really scared us.

Really clean and tidy backpacker, and the night club is amazing, and have special meal everyday.

Extremely dirty, room is cramped, 100 sq feet with 6 beds, washroom wet and dirty. no place for luggage. ppl spread things on the floor, cant open fridge or do anything. Kitchen extremely dirty like a dungage, I see a rat as the size of a cat! absolutely horrible!

I returned to the Moey Hoey hotel from having such a beautiful experience earlier that week on a Monday. Again the hoey moey is a lively stop surrounded by amazing natural beauty of the Australia coast

The complex is very close to the beach and has a bar with music and delicious food

You get what you pay for and it was exceptional good value

Good cheap place to stay if you don't have any expectations. Good location since it's a minute walk to the beach, and they serve good food but a bit pricey.

The location of Hoey Moey could not be better. Right on the beach front. Loved walking the small track over the dunes onto a beautiful beach. No roads to cross. Entertainment provided, great food at the restaurant, pokie room available plus a commercial size kitchen if we wanted to use it. Definitely will be returning to this idyllic spot in Coffs Harbour at an affordable price. Available to all ages.

No air conditioning in room, very noisy at night

Rooms look like recently renovated. Our room had bunks and everything new and clean.

This was always our place to stay on road trips between sydney & Qld. But this last stay we noticed that rooms are very tired & the noise level from other staying guests has become unbearable. So sad as we love ‘Hoey Moey’ for its value for $$, quaintness, location & it’s restaurant/bar especially when there’s live music after a day of driving! Service is always great & housekeeping do an excellent job… We will be back when the curtains have been replaced & rooms have had a fresh coat of paint 🙏

Very dated, used to be good value but you could stay in better accommodation for the same price..

Well maintained & clean. Good for the low budget couple & group holidays.
