Staff are nice and the house is big and comfortable

Wunderschöne suite direkt an der Esplanade, grosses wohnzimmer, tolle küche, sogar balkon. ABER die Betten gehen gar nicht, sie quitschen, die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen, ein „schlafen“ im master ist gar nicht möglich. Sehr schade, aber empfehlen können wir die Unterkunft so nicht.

Das Schild an der Strasse ist unscheinbar und auch die Rezeption inmitten eines Tauchgeschäfts ist eher speziell, entsprechend positiv wird man dann aber von der Unterkunft überrascht. Die Zimmer im Backstein-Stil sind sehr schön eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz. Das Personal ist ebenfalls überaus freundlich.

It was a pleasant stay. The strategic location is a plus. The unit is just perfect for us. The only issue is with the hot water system which one person shower idea. The rest of us had to wait once the person finished. We tried to use three bathrooms at the same time, one or another ended up with cold water.

The location was great. Apartment was well set up.

Dated apartment. Uncomfortable chairs. Bathroom cold, awful toilet paper in a large roll. Reception was never open, over a two day period.

We had a great stay at The Yot Spot unit 4! There was myself, my husband our 3 boys aging from 9 months, 5 and 8 and we had our mates family there also so a husband and wife with two young girls ! So 9 of us all together. Staff at front office were very accommodating and friendly! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative i would say would be the lounge chairs as they were uncomfortable but i expect they are like that because they would be easy to clean! Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend to my family and friends

A well appointed appartments for a family stay in Esperance. Excellent service from office. Thoroughly recommend. So many amazing beaches to visit in the area.

Never stayed the booking was for the wrong date.. arrived a month later to be told it was in November not December had to find alternative arrangements. Never got a refund from this booking.. $240 just given away by looks of it.

We stayed in Unit 1 which had a unit above it. We could hear everything happening in the upstairs unit. At 10.35pm I had to call the owner/manager to ask him about a noise curfew as there was a party happening in the unit above. The owner/manager was very polite and expressed his sorrow at this happening. He also called me back and said he had asked the people above to quiet down. Unfortunately this did not happen for another hour but eventually they fell asleep/passed out. This is a great place to stay if there is no one else in the unit above but I would never book here again. Owners really need to insulate the roof/wall space as you can hear everything including walking, talking, moving chairs etc.

A well placed place to stay. Good amenities close by.

Lovely location. Friendly service. Comfortable room. Only drawback is timber floor above so could hear people moving about above our room.
