Good accomodation, though a bit far away from city centre. Good in overall.

必須自助check in 輸入密碼拿到到鑰匙 進房間一看根本沒有整理 是上一個人退房很髒亂 緊急打給經理 感覺經理住在樓上 下樓來幫我們換房間 雖然最後成功得到一個乾淨的房間 但是感受不是很好 附近有很多加油站 比利時的油價比較便宜 適合自駕的人 附近離滑鐵盧很近 可以去參觀 滑鐵盧有一條熱鬧的街道可以採買 還有paul麵包店

Mauvaise odeur, douche qui inonde la salle de bain pas de chauffage

L'accueil etait bien mais la télévision ne marchait pas, l'eau de la douche etait orange ( rouille?), donc je ne me suis pas lavé et la salle de bain etait dans un état inquiétant (plafond rouillé avec des trous et moisissures et boite électrique en hauteur non protégée). Dommage le hall est joli et l'emplacement super

Hotel vieillot non rénové, literie et oreillers en très mauvais états. Les photos du site sont vraiment trompeuses, l'hotel est dans un état de délabrement avancé. Pas de prise de courant près du lit pour brancher les tél, pas de clim, hygiène douteuses, électricité non aux normes, déclenchement de l'alarme en pleine nuit, ouverture de fenetre impossible car bruit et fenetre très vétuste qui bascule complètement, petit déjeuner horriblement cher... peu de positif à dire.

Cher pour le service proposé. Pas horrible., la chambre spartiate était bien propre. Mais aucune indication des communs, j'ai du errer pour trouver la cuisine, courir après l'accueillant pour le check-in. Il y avait une soirée karaoké sous le bâtiment donc pas mal de bruit. Gérable mais on aurait aimé être prévenu. Pour 50€ ce serait ok, mais 80€ pour ça c'est exagéré.

Het hotel lag dichtbij het startpunt van de trail die ik wou wandelen. De accomodatie was vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. De check-in met de code verliep vlot. De kamer was echter bijzonder warm, de onthaalruimte en de gangen roken niet fris. Qua hygiëne kan het toch ook beter.

The hotel was simple but there was no toilet paper in our room. Quite inconvenient in the moment.

Arrived at 17:45 no one at reception and no code to access the safe where room key was. Did not get the room I paid for, room was in poor condition and no hot water on last morning and lift was not working either. Last minute booking and cheap so that has to be taken into content.

I attempted to reach out by email and called the emergency number, but I did not receive any help. I waited at the property until 11:30 PM, but after no response or assistance, I had no choice but to find and rent another hotel for the night. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I feel as though I have lost my money. I kindly request a full refund for my reservation as I was unable to access the room I had paid for.
