Hard to access hotel for somebody with mobility problems

Thank you for a lovely stay and for accommodating the old timer too !

The breakfast was outstanding. Congrats to the chef! The staff was very helpful. The room was very small. We loved the beach albeit rainy & cold. We walked to France!

Be aware that there is no air conditioning. It was sweltering hot, and the only option is to open the window. Of course, there are no screens, so the room fills with flies. That is the biggest problem. Room was very small, and shower was like a cruise ship. Breakfast was good, and plentiful, with some dishes new every day. Some staff was friendly, some decidedly not. It seems to be more of an 8.0 property, nowhere near a 9.4.

The rooms are nice. The sauna is not free you need to pay extra. They advertised a room with dinner included but no dinner was provided without paying extra

Really nice hotel just off the seafront at De Panne. Very handy for cross channel ferries, particularly if you've had a long journey and don't want another long drive without an overnight rest. Staff were very nice and we were given a suite on the first floor which was very comfortable. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable stay. And helpful staff. A stones throw to the magnificent beach.

Le personnel était très accueillant, gentille et à notre service. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner ainsi que le "snack" au bar le soir.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre avec un personnel sympathique et accueillant. Parking pratique. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant, adresse à conserver.

Eine super gut geführtes Hotel . Die Inhaber waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt und zentral. Das Frühstück war super, die Auswahl sehr groß und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Alles frisch und lecker. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Lieben Dank für die guten Tipps und Empfehlungen.😍

Excellent patron généreux serviable. Rien a dire. Un peu de bruit avec le tramway mais c'est gérable a partir de 1h jusque 6h30 calme

Super hôtel, très confortable, très propre et ultra convivial. Très bien placé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et conseillent sur les balades à faire. Le petit-déjeuner est royal. Recommandé à 200%. Merci à vous deux! A bientôt ! Sidonie et Françoise

I DID NOT LIKE THAT THEY LOCKED THE DOORS FOR THE NIGHT WITH NO-ONE PRESENT.WHEN I RETURNED FROM DINNER, I COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS AND SLEPT THE NIGHT IN MY CAR.
