Clean room, good bed. Coffee maker stopped working second night. A bit of odor from the carpet. Great price and we would return.

The property is family run of modest accommodations. There is a kitchenette with a full set of dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove top and refrigerator. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well maintained. It is located a few miles from town and the construction. Even though it is on the main road, it was relatively quiet. Convenient location.

It was easy to find and very quiet despite being on a relatively busy rural highway. The owners were friendly, and very accommodating. The room was clean and up to date and the property was well maintained. Great for an overnight stay and we would stay there again.

The room was very clean. Was nice having everything you needed in a room. They even had dishes to use if needed. I would stay there again for sure.

Very nice rooms! I had dishes, cups,utensils..etc. Enough towels...beds were very comfy and clean.

It was ok for our needs.

The room smelt clean on entry but apart from clean sheets it was dirty. Sticky old rules folder. An old broken fridge left in our room, full of mold. More of a Canadian lake decor in the reception area would be nice. I didnt appreciate being complained to about how much Expedia charge them and I should book directly through the motel. One front window that was cleaned was cleaned while I was trying to sleep. Creepy to have staff at my window. The kitchenette utensils should be garbaged and restocked. Draws need to be cleaned. Room needs renovation at best cleaning at least.

We stayed for one night . And it was the best experience I ever had I would come back rooms are are clean it smelled amazing when we got in our room bed was so comfortable and soft if I could I would give u 10 stars the owner was so nice 😊

It is a nice clean motel with a kitchenette and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The owners are friendly. We liked its location to Goderich and GrandBend .

The windows were dirty.Mold in grout by bathroom floor.No stove to cook on . No dish cloths, dish soap .Just bathroom sink to wash dishes in. I had a jacuzzi tub right beside the bed.If I used it it would cost $180 . extra to use it for the 3 days I was there . House keeping was extra so I didn't want any service.The chairs and carpets were stained .There was a lightbulb burnt out in bathroom. The policy was if there were anything running IE : a/c ..tv they had the right to enter into suite and turn it off and I would be charged .
