This is a very nice location. Quiet area with lovely views. Large suite with many amenities.

Beautiful area full of orchards and vineyards. Row 14 restaurant was phenomenal.

We stayed in the ambrosia suite and loved it. It’s brand new and worked perfect for a girls get away. The property is beautiful, the restaurant Row 14 is a must. Our table did the harvest dinner and we were blown away. We rented bikes from the restaurant and rode around to the wineries. We’ll be back next year for sure!

I liked being on the orchard. I loved the peacefulness. The people were very nice. Maybe cover the patio floor on upper suites so when people walking above don't drop dust etc on the tenants below and their food.

Home away from home. Clean and comfy beds. Good food at nearby Row Fourteen restaurant.

I'm giving it a 4star. 5 star with a little effort on cleaning.

Very comfortable, much nicer than a hotel room or rooms for a group. There were four of us, allowing two sons to each have their own bedroom, and two bathrooms for the group. Living room, kitchen, barbecue on the balcony etc., very nice, but the selection of tea provided was a little random, and toiletries provided were somewhat sparse.

We love this place very much! It was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely come back for our next stay! Thank you!

Really nice being set back from the main roads, quiet and relaxing yet close to where we wanted to be. Will be sure to stay here next time through!

The location and building were great. The beds were clean and the rooms were good however the fridge, table, stove, counters were not clean. I would still recomend this place if the beds had been more comfortable. Anyone can clean up a little. If we stay there again we will bring a mattress topper :-) as we really liked the location. We were not able to rate the staff as we did not see anyone as this is designed that way however our transaction for payment and information was good.

Nice hotel at beautiful location. Free parking. Spacious rooms, in our room could easily fit a 6 persons family.

Great launch point to take in Penticton-Osoyoos and all the surrounding wineries. Large updated suite(s) in a very quiet and beautiful area.

A good place to kill time. Please relax yourself here. There is only one bathroom in suite, so if you come with a big group, that might be a problem.

We stayed at one of the Klippers Guest Suites last August. We were two families with a total of 8 guests. Adults and children loved the place! Comfortable, spacious and clean. We would definitely comeback here!!! Thanks Kevin and Annamarie.

This property is a hidden gem. 3 bedrooms were perfect for my family of 6. Full kitchen was great to cook in - fully equipped. Wish I could have stayed longer!
