Small hotel, priced right, everything worked as it should wonderful owner , Clean , Not poshy, everything wirkedcrr well, fridge With freezer made ice, little coffees pot worked great, iron with ironing board, excellent pressure in the shower My point is sometimes you pay big money at a big hotel and half the stuff doesn’t work or they haven’t changed the bedsheets. This place was not pushy but very well maintained very well. Kept fresh sheets. Everything worked good shower pressure everything very, very pleased.

Was highly rated, so I stayed here. It’s a small, old building. The water temperature was always changing. Beds were ok. Had to ring a buzzer to get into the office to check in.

Do not use the WiFi at this place! They are using a sketchy captive portal and the network blocks you from connecting to a VPN so it's safe to assume they are sniffing guest internet traffic.

Très propre, chambre spacieuse, tout est compris. (cafetière, micro-onde, frigidaire, fer et planche à repasser, tapis de bain, séchoir à cheveux) Ce qu'il me manquait - le déjeuner, mais nous avions prévu des bananes & muffins.

Overall it was very good, but the bed was too hard and because of the light outside there were a lot of bugs in the room when the door was open

The place is clean and no issues

Comfortable bed. Towels were clean but very cheap kind And the room smelled so musty.

Nipissing inn was clean, the beds were comfy, it was close to a few nice beaches. We didn’t get to the hotel on our first night till almost 12am and the gentleman working was friendly and made checking in quick and easy.

I stay at the Nipissing Inn anytime I have to stay overnight. I can trust that the room and the bed are immaculately clean, which means peace of mind for me. In addition, I like the location - it's on the outskirts of town, it's quiet and safe there.

I enjoyed my stay in my newly renovated room. It was super clean with a nice kitchenette. Also a peaceful area to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Close to the lake and casino and lots of choices for dinning. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend the Nipissing Inn for your next stay in North Bay!!

there was nothing unique about this property. It was clean inside and outside which I would expect. When I had trouble with the tv, management came instantly to solve the problem.

The family room was what we needed for 1 night. It was clean and quiet but we arrived late and it was very dark as no outside lights were on. We had to use a flashlight from the truck to see our room number. It was uncomfortable.
