The price that we booked was not the price that we had to pay at the motel. The front desk lady was insistent that since we booked (a month ago) prices had gone up. They also said that they were dog friendly - I would have booked a dog friendly room if the option was available. Because we had our dog, a standard room was now not an option and we had to pay for a much more expensive room on top of an extra $25.00 dog fee. The upgraded room, was not an upgrade whatsoever. This is a very old motel that has not been renovated or offers any amenities. I don' mind that the motel was dated, but I do mind being taken advantage of on a prebooked room. My final bill was $218.00 vs the $130.00 booked rate. What a shame. I like to support local business owners. So disappointed about the scam!

Pricey for what u got

Nice flowers, quiet location. Only thing that was not ok is the owner taking pictures of both sides of my credit card and driver’s license to store on her computer. After I complained she erased both.

Great spot

Older building and old furniture. Shower curtain fell down and couldn't get it back up. Place was clean and felt safe as out of town.

Clean room, a bit dated but had everything I need. Front desk was cheerful and let me check in early. Would definitely use this again for myself.

Nice location and the property looks clean. No rack or soap stand in shower room; hot water run out at the beginning of shower on the 2nd day, very unsetting; the land lady said the fuse jumped but all the plugs work fine at the time.

Didnt have an air conditioner . But put fan in room. It worked ok. We stayed 3 nights the 2 garbage cans were over flowing in our room .

The room was fine. It was a one night stay for us as we were just passing through. It was pretty much a no frills motel. Nothing great but nothing bad either.

Very basic accommodations. Firm mattresses. A little noisy from highway/road noise. No AC, so could be unpleasant on very warm night. A couple moths in room (no idea where they came from). But good enough for the price.

Nothing else that really stands out. I got just what I expected

The beds were old. The pillows were flat, the room smelt and looked like it was a smoking room at one time very outdated.and smelled old and musty

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.Check in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the carpet flooring seemed to be the source of it. The beddings were also in poor condition — they looked old, felt dirty, and had a noticeable odor. Cleanliness and comfort are the basics I expect from any hotel, and unfortunately, this place did not meet that standard. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

The beds were hard but okay. The bathroom was beautiful. It was very good for the price. Location was excellent .
