Good for the price. Do not expect much. Out-dated building but large clean room.

Inexpensive, clean. Friendly staff. Noisy due to street traffic. Minimum breakfast.

Over all our experience was fair. Room, and services was good; staff were cooperative. The issues we faced were the entrance from parking lot had a very strong smoking smell as if people smoking just next to the door. Bathroom was leaking from the roof and flush was frequently malfunctioning. Heater was very good, tea/coffee was amazing in the morning, toaster and microwave facility downstairs was good to have as we went with kids. Many restaurants were within 1 km away, gas station just next door.

The room wasn't ready at 7pm check in. The toilet wasn't working properly. Parking lot covered in thick ice.

There room was not ready when we checked in at 7pm! There were mirrors on the ceiling and walls. The toilet wasn't working properly!

Basic, clean accommodation. Nothing fancy but good for the money. Our room was facing the little courtyard terrace so very quiet. Free parking, perfect location for us as we were visiting friends closeby. Very close to Laval.

Everything is alright, but not good. Thé place is old and could use a fresher look. But for thé price its okay

Didn’t like the smell of the place and it was not very clean.

I booked this hotel because it was affordable. All I really needed was a place to put my head down. Arriving at the location there was a number of shady characters in the parking lot. The entrance to the hotel and front desk looked straight out of the 70's. It smelled of smoke. The person in front of me paid cash for a short stay... I stayed the night, the room was OK but I made sure I kept my luggage in the bath to avoid any potential infestation. Once I decided to cancel the remainder of my stay, the hotel staff offered to refund only one of the three nights. I felt the loss of the cost of one night was worth it to avoid staying there a second night. I booked another hotel.

It was the cheapest available at that time, but still tor the price, it's not really worth, but I guess it's due to lack of competition. Motel 6 offers better facilities at a lower rate, but is not available in that area

For us, the location was excellent. We visited friends in Laval. The facilities were basic but clean and satisfactory, and the staff helpful.

very disappointing experience . we do not feel safe there , there are so many people with drugs and all . There is no safety there , very smoky place, charge extra money from my credit card for unknown reasonso

Room was okay, nothing super amazing, worked for what we needed it for. Wifi didn't work, TV didn't work properly. Had a bit of an issue with check-in, they couldn't find the reservation at first, parking area was blocked by trucks working at side of building. On the plus side, the room was clean, cool, and it was surprisingly quiet :)
