no hot water at the first night

B&B Manoir Mon Calme靠近魁北克舊城，步行已可以到達主要景點，屋主是個台灣人，懂普通話及一點廣東話，溝通無難道，雖然不常見到他，但我們要離開時他主動問我們需不需要叫車，這感覺很溫馨。 房間很大，我們四個人住行李箱全打開還有很多空間，唯一不好是三角樓底初住進時經常撞頭，Wifi速度普通但還可以，房間很乾淨、床也舒服。 早餐很簡單但味道很好，而且還附有水果，餐廳佈置很有家的感覺。

很溫馨舒適的老房子，不過也要注意老房子沒有電梯，行李要自己扛上樓，木頭地板很容易產生聲音，走路要放輕腳步。 很莫名其妙的注意事項就是跟女主人講話要小心謹慎！！！ 遇到的狀況是住4人房，如果不換浴巾，我們會把自己的浴巾作標記(放在不同的位置)以免誤用，第2天出門回來，所有浴巾都在浴室掛好，但有點濕，不確定是新的還舊的，隔天早餐我第一個到，問了一句「請問有每天換浴巾嗎」，女主人就跟我槓上了，吃個早餐三番兩次跑來影響我吃飯，一直重複說有換但烘乾機不好之類的，我說沒有關係我不介意有沒有換浴巾，只是想要確定一下而已。後來我自己想要緩和氣氛，說老闆娘你好辛苦都自己打掃房間喔，她回我「你覺得華人就一定是打掃階層嗎」，太敏感了吧？我也是華人耶？隔天早餐還拿國際飯店規定(如果丟在浴缸表示要換)給我看，問我「你常出國不知道這個共同的規定嗎?」真的沒有必要這麼挑釁，完全不想要知道顧客的想法只想要滿足自己的發洩，氣到我早餐都吃不下也沒少收我錢啊 WiFi訊號很弱幾乎沒有，要上網到樓下餐廳公共區使用

雖然遠離市中心小小，但民宿非常清潔，精緻。早餐也十分美味，民宿後面有個公園十分美麗，附近也有很多餐廳，非常方便。

It was my second time staying here, location was great for FEQ.

Belle chambre confortable et très central !

Il y 3 place de stationnements, les autos sont trop collés et j'ai même eu une pock sur mon auto. Elle m'a chargé 1 stationnement à 25$ et à oublié de me charger le 2e jour. Pendant que je me stationnais, elle était dehors avec sa machine à débit pour se faire payer le 2e jour, elle aurait dû attendre que l'on soit entré. Pour le café, il n'y avait pas de lait ni de crème seulement du coffe mate. Désolant et cheap. Nous n'y retournerons plus

We got the 3rd floor room for 2 nights. Parked in back for $25/night. Very steep, treacherous, rotten stairs to get to the room. Near the top of stairs, had to duck under a plastic tape. Why? Upon entry to the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell similar to a dirty men’s urinal. A dirty toilet bowl brush with bits of toilet paper stuck to it in plain view. The tub had vinyl tape on it to hide mold. Two steps to get to toilet. Why? Sheets on bed were remarkably clean. No coffee machine or fridge in room. Rather it was in the hall to be shared. Not a Keurig but a simple coffee maker. Meaning if a guest made coffee, you would have to wait before you could make yours. There were bank type cameras watching you in the hall making coffee. The front steps to enter the building were made of wood. The top two stairs had two extra planks making them higher than the others. I tripped on it. There is a hand written warning on them. Hard to see. Why? Someone must have screwed up making the stairs. In reading previous reviews of three years ago, same complaints, nothing has been done. OMG! I could say, pay less expect less but this place was terrible and overpriced. Good location though.

Best location for St Jean. Next to the park and on the main street leading into old Quebec.

Localisation excellente Ce serait apprécié qu’il y ait des serviettes à main. Un grand lit avec un matelas qui manque de fermeté. Tapis dans la chambre propre mais moins agréable qu’un plancher de bois.

Hotel was not as nice as photos looked. Had a smell and was quite dated. I had to ask staff to clean toilet again.

Great location! Clean and very quaint.

Room was large, comfortable, clean however there was a sour mildew smell from the bathroom. I like to stay in B and B's to meet the people who live in the area. In this case the host did not want to see the clients. Keys in a lock box, drop when you leave. However the host did communicate when further information was required, and the location was perfect.

Convenient location

Pretty good for the price, but the shower curtain made the whole room smell like mildew. Staff was very nice!

Breakfast unknown. Didn’t eat there because we didn’t know we had to pay extra for it. Never had to pay separately before. Parking was not great. Had to maneuver around a pole. Never saw any staff either arriving or leaving. Beds were not very comfortable. Shower door needs to be fixed.

The stay was comfortable.

Chambre et salle de bain propres. Entrée dans le logement de façon autonome et facile.

Parking on site was excellent. We could walk to all the Quebec City sites and leave the car parked.
