Poor staff

One of two staff member was really bad

Pretty normal stay at the hotel. nothing special. Friendly staff.

Although an older hotel, it is convenient for us and our needs. The room we booked had a kitchenette in it with all the necessary items to have a quick meal. We will be booking here again

Decent place to stay. Price was ok, but cleanliness could have been a little better.

I arrived late and was happy to find all my key cards and papers in a designated place as instructed. The receptionist was in fact there to greet me. Charming!

Parfait petit motel!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et notre expérience a été mitigée. La chambre était propre et agréable, cependant, le lit retractable faisait beaucoup de bruit chaque fois qu'une personne bougeait. De plus, la climatisation était très bruyante. Il n'y avait ni bouilloire pour faire du thé, ni micro-ondes. Nous avons demandé de l'eau chaude, mais le personnel a refusé de nous en donner. L'éclairage de la chambre était insuffisant et il n'y avait pas de prise pour charger nos téléphones. La vue sur la mer était trompeuse car il y avait un chantier de construction juste derrière le balcon de l'hôtel. Mais le pire de tout, c'est que nous avons dû prendre notre douche à l'eau froide car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Nous n'avons pas pu parler au responsable de l'hôtel car nous devions partir tôt à 7h15 et la réception n'était pas encore ouverte.

Good location on Hwy 132, lots of parking, clean room and bathroom, staff was polite and very helpful. View of the St. Lawrence from the back deck.

Clean and quiet

difficult to find a restaurant not even a MacDonalds, some food access should be provided.

The lady at the check in was so helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff asked if we needed more coffee when we were outside by our car which we didn’t but they never came in during the day to change the glasses and cups (we brought our own tea and kettle)or empty the garbage.

Drap défraîchi , plancher pas très propre , poils trouvés dans les draps . Bref , manque un peu d amour ….

Nothing special. It`s a roadside motel. Reasonably clean and good for the price

Very simple room but it was clean. Staff was nice. I would recommend.

Lit confortable, cuisinette bien, calme. Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, les carreaux de la douche ont l’air sales, le support à papier de toilette est brisé.

No place to hang towels in bathroom. Nice to have at least some hooks?
