Our suite was luxurious. clean and quiet. The restaurants food was amazing.

Nice place to stay

Newly renovated beautiful hotel. The room was complete with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were exceptional, especially Patrick. Thank you for making my stay memorable. Will be back again for sure. Well done.

Room was ready early everything was clean, staff was so friendly and beds were very comfortable, I like that it is close to everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

We had a most beautiful ocean front room. The fireplace was nice, but the connection to the TV kept falling and just hung there. My only complaint is the bedroom. It’s just too tight. We are not big people and you could hardly get around each side of the bed. Could hardly get the closet door open and it was just not set up correctly. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The common areas and the guest rooms are very nicely designed. The atmosphere is calm, clean and luxurious at the same time. Close to all shops and on the water with good views.

It was clean and well taken care of

The hotel is lovely. Everything looks/feels new. The view from our room was awesome. Staff was friendly. The restaurant downstairs is rightly known as one of Victoria's best. And the spa is a treat.

It was a wonderful experience. No complaints. The front desk clerk helped us with our bags which was a nice touch. There were no microwaves and he offered to take it to the staff room and warm up for me. I have no complaints and enjoyed my stay.

Didn’t have a free breakfast

The food was very expensive & the admin didn't miss an opportunity to upscale the cost. Typically checkout time is 11 AM in most hotels. Administration said that checkout was 10 AM but they would provide to 11 as a courtesy to us but then charge $50 per hour! Usurious! Pasta, while delicious, was $29 a plate while pasta is typically the least expe sive item on any menu, this was at the top end of the price range on the printed menu. Not worth the extra costs. Won't stay there again.

Tastefully designed and decorated, and spacious, room with a lovely view over the Sidney Pier. Top notch staff. Excellent 10 Acres cafe right in the building. Highly recommended.

I booked two rooms for my travel guests and they loved them. Very clean and they loved the coffee machine once they figured out how to use them. Staff were very friendly through check in. I would definitely recommend this spot.
