Sauberes Zimmer, zwar 2 Stühle auf dem Balkon aber kein Tisch. Kein Sichtschutz zum nächsten Balkon. Ein kleiner Tisch und Sichtschutz würde das Erlebnis wesentlich besser machen.

Zimner war sauber, Personal hilfsbereit aber beim Essen war der Service doch sehr langsam. Weisswein ohne Kühler auf dem Tisch bei 25C. Essen gut, hat aber seinen Preis.

Super Lage direkt am Walensee. Abendessen und Morgenessen waren gut. Billige und gebrauchte Handtücher und teilweise fleckige Bettdecken.. aber im Allgemeinen ok. Nicht besonders freundlicher Empfang.

I made a booking in Nov for a night in Jan for 3 people, the hotel didn't charge me right away, but all of a sudden at the end of Dec, with a different company name. The amount they charged me wasn't what was listed neither (CHF 15 higher), so I had no way to recognise the transaction. After crosschecking everywhere, even chatted with an agent on Expedia, I thought my card info was stolen, and so I had reported it to my bank, cancelled the card and tried to get a refund. Only to find out later, it was the hotel, but they didn’t even contact me. When I made my booking, I had also added the breakfast option, but when I checked in, they told me no breakfast included and asked if I wanted to pay extra…after insisting firmly that the price I paid was including breakfast, hotel finally took a look at the system and confirmed that I was right…. Conclusion: I had to pay extra CHF 20 for my new card, then had to pay CHF 275 AGAIN at arrival (instead of CHF 260 as mentioned on expedia), I was asked to pay for breakfast for 3 people AGAIN at arrival, and now one month after my stay, I still haven’t received the refund of the first CHF 275 that I thought it was a fraud…

This hotel is quite roomy and comfortable and very warm in the winter. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good variety, especially the fresh fruit and salmon. The downside is no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The manager happily did laundry for us which we really appreciated. We walked from the train (easy enough downhill) but learned afterwards that a bus meets the train, so look out for it!

Sehr freundlich, haben ein Ugrade von Etagenbad auf Zimmer mit Bad erhalten.

Einfaches Hotel als Zwischenhalt in Ordnung. Frühstück und Abendessen gut.

Nice hotel, simpele but good. Short distance to the station. Bus stop before the hotel (free with include guest card. The breakfast was not include and costs 18 SFR per person. If you wish to use the simpele hot tub. Check that is is actually warm. Ours was 30 C.

We spent only one night to visit the Filisur bridge, we had dinner at their restaurant amd the staff was super friendly and helpful. The heater could be a bit lower, it was suuper hot during the night and there was no switch to control it. We came late March and the neighbourhood was super quiet, no other restaurants. If you prefer to save up is better to bring food. The coop market is just below, you can also stock up there.

Had a lovely weekend stay at the hotel. The rooms are adequately sized with the whole "chalet vibe" and a view of the snow covered mountains through the balcony (don't forget to ask for the mountain facing rooms) ! More than enough storage space and decently done bathrooms. The hosts are very pleasant and happy to share local tips. My only gripe is that the breakfast could be better value (but I still suggest to take it, since there aren't really any other options around)

Julia et Pierre ont ete des hotes parfaits pour mon sejour de trois nuits dans cet hotel neuf. Acommodement pour delicieux petit dejeuner. Grande chambre d'une proprete impeccable. Machine a cafe. Restaurant et epicerie au rez-de chausse. Distance de marche de la gare. Sejour tres apprecie surement le meilleur de mon voyage de deux semaines en Suisse. Pierre m'a donne une foule de renseignements uitles. J'y retournerai surement.

Gute Lage im Dorf. Ruhig. Angenehme Stimmung. Etwas verwirrliche Informationen: das Internet versetzt das Hotel nach Bergün. Essaal kaum zu finden.

Chambre simple mais vaste, linges de bains en suffisance, eau de la salle de bain commune très chaude. Excellent petit déjeuner, bonne musique de jazz. et la gentillesse des hôteliers.
