My room had vey little water pressure for the sink. The bathtub dripped with rusty water. Literally. I turned on the bath tap and orange water came out. No water pressure in the tub. The front office smelled mouldy.

You need to check ahead of time. I found that none of the appliances were plugged in. No coffee pot or cups or soap. Couldn't get the tv to work. Worst of all there was no water in the morning. The staff did not answer calls for assistance. The driveway is also a bit treacherous. It's very dated, which does not concern me but it feels like you are in an old cabin.

Room was not clean. It was as if room had not been used in a very long time. Property is very rundown, baseboards were not fastened to the wall, appliances were not plugged in, poor lighting, dark and dingy room. Asked if I wanted a check in beer. Not impressed. Very unprofessional.

I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the staff, especially Neel, whom was very helpful and generous with his time. I also liked the room and also how quiet it was, which allowed for a great night's sleep!

everything was clean and the staff was very kind, but the dirt road up to the property had a few pretty deep holes in it. I was given a loft room for no surcharge, though, which was nice

I should have checked reviews before booking it… the cleanliness was awful and I couldn’t sleep all night because of bed bugs.. there r very good options in the town

This is a great place to stay!

Staff very cortuous but the place is really dated. The bathroom door wouldn't close, towel bars were off the wall. The bed throw cotton sheet was full of holes. The soda was in disrepair, springs were broken, hence sat really low.

The staff was what put everything over the top they were more than accommodating to our group.

I should say the room is no longer service quality, it shouldn’t be sold anymore, it’s terribly old and very dirty. The water smells like iron and it’s yellowish in color and very smelly. Sorry about this, I know the customer service is very good but the facility badly needs renovation.

This place should be condemned. Everything was dirty and broken. The underside of the bedspread was stained, the blanket under that had multiple burn marks, holes and cracks in the walls. Filthy doors, bathroom was disgusting with dirty shower curtain, stains, broken hooks, holes in walls, noisy toilet that needed fixing. Balcony opened up to a huge mess everywhere. Items are strewn all over outside. The desk person though was kind.

The staff were fantastic! This property has so much potential. It was clean and quiet (except for person next door with TV on loud all night). The chain came off the flusher on the toilet so I had to dig in the back off the toilet to fix it. They seem to have a bad hard-water problem and the front desk said they were installing a softener system. You cannot drink the water but they do provide bottled water. So maybe renovating will commence once this system is in place. No sense replacing things when the hardness of the water will damage stuff quickly. I feel as though the property is more meant for winter season and snowmobiling. The grass around the building is not really cut so it looks a bit unkempt. I would stay there again, however as it is quietly and pet friendly. If you’re not bougée, it’s an acceptable lodging.
