房車大又整齊，服務人員很親切，最後一天要早上五點半去機場趕飛機來不及吃早餐，還有貼心的鬆餅或貝果餐包可以帶著吃，很推薦。

Request checked out time 12 pm one hour extended at 11:30 am supervisor was locked in my door hardly and very rude said you should check out now very rude

Cleanliness

We enjoyed a lovely, newly renovated room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Needed extra amenities and they were delivered within minutes after contacting front desk. Staff was friendly, breakfast was warm and yummy. Would highly recommend.

Clean rooms, breakfast was great as was parking though I did not realize you have to pay for it.

Nice breakfast. Clean room. Good proximity to Canada Life Centre. We attended two shows during our stay.

The heater/air conditioning is so noisy at night.. it keep blowing every couple of hours that cause me to wake up.

Good day. My stay was very good. The only problem was that they charge for parking separately. I think they should include that in the package. Have a good day.

Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was alright, some dishes were empty when we got there and were still empty 15 minutes later. Parking was fine except I don’t believe we should have to pay for parking!! You spend an outrageous amount on the room, parking should not be an extra charge!!

Parking was right out front which was convenient after surgery so I did not have to walk far. It did fill up by late afternoon, but there was always ONE spot when we needed it. Breakfast was alright, not the best variety.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful! The room was super clean. Breakfast was good.
