The property was great. Staying in the airstream was unique and fun experience.

My gf and I stayed in an airstream for three nights and it was perfect! It was a unique experience and everything was so comfortable, clean and more spacious than we expected. The only thing to consider is if visiting in the summer there’s no a/c in the airstreams and they get hot during the day. Having our own hot tub and bbq was an amazing amenity. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. They gave us fresh towels whenever we requested them. The grounds are well maintained and there’s a great cafe on site (warm croissants in the morning!). The location is amazing and right on Mackenzie beach which allows beach fires and is perfect for sunsets. It was also central to everything else, with downtown only a 3 minute drive away and a 15 minute walk to the famous Tacofino truck and other cafes/shops. 10/10 would come back here!

Highly recommend this place to stay. Our suite was clean and comfy. Hot tub was nice after a long day. Fire pit and BBQ were great as well with all dishes needed to prepare a meal. Loved the beach access. Staff was lovely

Amazing find! Right next to a beach with a beautiful sunset. Brilliantly decorated with so many nice touches. Outdoor area with bbq and hot tub was great. One of our best hotel stays.

Overall this is a cute place to stay with great access to meckenzie beach. With that said the rate they are asking nightly doesn’t align with the level of customer service or ambiance of the accommodations. The housekeeping needs to be requested which is fine but when I did they never came. There was constant construction going on throughout our stay which we were never warned about. Our final morning was spent listening to drilling that started at 8am and continued past us leaving… terrible last morning. Overall it’s a great place to stay with a pet … and normally these would be small things but at $300+ a night I expect higher quality and attention to these details.

Such a great place to stay! Couldn’t recommend more! We stayed in the airstream and there was tons of supplies, for cooking. Really beautiful place.

Our bungalow was perfect for the two of us. Cute, comfortable and clean and well thought out design. Loved having the little hot tub and outdoor space with bbq, fire pit and furniture.

What a sweet spot on the beach! Loved our stay, especially the ocean view cedar hot tub. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Tofino.

We had a wonderful stay in Tofino. The bungalow features a beautiful modern West Coast design—clean, stylish, and perfectly suited to the natural surroundings. The deluxe outdoor cooking area and barbecue were a standout, making it easy to enjoy meals outside. We especially loved the cedar hot tub and the covered private patio, which felt cozy, peaceful, and perfect in any weather. Only a two minute walk to the beach and the epic waves, white sand and sunsets. The experience was made even better by the very pet-friendly atmosphere, which made traveling with our dog easy and enjoyable. And kudos to the staff—warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. A great balance of comfort, style, and that classic West Coast feel.

The hot tub was a perfect temperature, especially for the cold weather! It was also refilled each day so the water level never went too low. The only thing I'll say is the staff who checked us in wasn't very helpful or friendly in terms of explaining the amenities and the company processes (for example, how to get more towels).

We decided to last minute extend our trip in Tofino and found a good rate to stay at Mackenzie beach Resort for the evening. They accomodated us by letting us know right away when our room was ready. The 3 hour early check in was super nice and appreciated! We stayed in one of the bungalows, everything was spotless, high tech, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the large private patio with your own BBQ and hot tub. The location is also perfect, just a quick walk to the beach. There's also a cute cafe onsite that makes delicious lattes to enjoy on a morning beach stroll. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Room was clean, didn't really have to interact with the staff, easy beach access, pet friendly. Only downfall is that the cabin had no fan for the bathroom and once you shower the place becomes super steamy and moist - like very moist - everything (even with leaving the window open). And while you're in a cabin, you can still hear your neighbors a bit.

We changed rooms because I realized I needed a bit more space and privacy when we got there. (Husband, myself, French bulldog and new baby). We were upgraded no problem. The beach is right beside resort, it was stunning. Staff was always friendly, I forget the ladies name that helped us but she had a Scottish accent and she was really helpful, efficient and kind. Thank you again for a great weekend. The cafe inside miso miso was really good and the owner is really nice to chat to.
