awful, but cheap enough. You cannot expect anything conditioning on this price. At least they serve a clean bed and clean bathroom. Worth 4 of 5

Overall experience is good. The room and the bed is tidy and clean. There are lockers in the room just you need to bring a key or get one from the front desk. But the public bathroom I would say it is a bit nasty. The common room is a very nice place. People gather there and that is the most attractive thing in Cambie.

Real nice roomates, if you like to make friends that's a real good choice! Service is good too! Good surrounding near the waterfront and Canada place!

Cheap, but it is a little bit hot during summer times

I feel so bed when I stayed here, it made me feel uncomfortable. Very noisy surrounding because it's located right above the bar.

Was a very solid hostel. Everything was good - my only downsides were the bathrooms were very small and the music from the bar was very loud late at night (on a Saturday). Would definitely keep in mind if you’re a lighter sleeper

I didn't mind that this was a bare-bones hostel, but it was filthy and raw. The (shared) bathroom and (2-bunk) room were gross. I paid over $100 for a single night, due, I'm sure, to the World Cup in Vancouver, but — wow — this place had rotting window frames, scarred walls, missing locks on the bathrooms. Seems like the very definition of "seedy." Would make a for a creepy movie set...

Det var ett okej boende men hela byggnaden var ganska sliten både på insidan och utsidan. Badrummen kändes sådär städade och duscharna var väldigt trånga. Personalen var dock snälla och hjälpsamma. Det ligger i Downtown, så det är nära till mycket men tyvärr är det i ett område som kryllar av missbrukare.

The room had a very unpleasant smell, and I could still smell it on my clothes even after 10 days, lol. Other than that, the staff were incredibly helpful. For a short stay, it's not too bad, it might just be that I have a particularly sensitive sense of smell. The surrounding area wasn't the best, although there are several good coffee shops nearby and it's within walking distance of downtown Vancouver. However, as a solo female traveler, I sometimes felt a bit unsafe.

Tiene una buena ubicación, para ser un hotel está bien pero los baños sobre todo las regaderas son muy muy pequeños y solo hay dos para mujeres

The hostel is fine but it needs some major changes I like the idea of having a key to enter the ladies bathroom but having a glass door and a shower curtain as privacy isn’t good enough and there is no where to change unless you go into the shower cubicle which is not big enough for that. I was on a top bunk in room 220 and there was no railing to prevent you from possibly rolling out of bed which I didn’t like. It needs a lot of work doing to make me want to consider staying here again
