Easy access to beach .People in font counter is very friendly. Room is a little small,but clean.

Staff and location are amazing We had trouble with the internet and tv but it may be us !

Definitely a two star “motel”. Everything is very worn out. Pretty clean though the toilet needed a bit more cleaning. I hope they clean the carpets before the summer guests. The bed was very comfortable and pillows and linens were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Quickly issued a plug in kettle when I requested one. It’s an older motel but I think the owners could put some more “love” into the place considering the cost. Being close to the lake does not warrant the stay for us.

The room was absolutely spotless, pull out couch is very comfy and room is spacious. Only downfall the temperature in the shower is a little finicky. Great little hotel for families :)

I understand this is an older motel, but the cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom toilet seat looked like it had a stain on it, it actually looked like rust? but when I wet some toilet paper and wiped it, it actually wiped off! my guess it was blood? I think better cleaning especially in the bathroom is needed. Otherwise location was good right close to the beach.

Everything, we had great communication with the staff, got is in the room we requested . It was clean and everone was great. I highly recommend this accomidations in penticton vacation. The location , the staff, the facilities outstanding . And the lake view , was excellent, we had 2 fur babies that we brought and great location for walking your pet, or even if you want long breathtaking walks, and watching the birds on the skaha lake. Just so lovely. We would stay there again . Thanks so much to staff at waterfront hotel! JOB WELL DONE.😁

Great stay

We had no view of the lake. We had to climb a flight of stairs and then negotiate a long outdoor hallway with tarps and buckets along the way. Also some blackout curtains would be nice.

Check in was easy. And patio & bbq area was very nice! Room was dated and bed was rock hard. The smoke detector battery was low and was beeping from 1am on, when I asked at check out about a bit of a refund since I wasn’t able to sleep all night and the noise was making my dog go crazy, they told me I should’ve called their emergency number which I only saw posted at their office door that was one property over and i didn’t take down at check in. So I got no resolution and wouldn’t stay there again.

True review! Not clean. Flies and mosquitoes welcomed us when we get in. Fridge is not clean there was a marked of spilled food.

Nice accom very close to the beach.
