Stayed there June 30, 2026 for 1 night. Stayed in room 12. No amenities whatsoever, had to correct the toilet so it would flush, But, the biggest problem were the BED BUGS! Woke up into the night with great welts on back of my neck and sooo itchy! Of course, they denied it, saying I brought them with me!!! How ridiculous! Now I know why there was a sign on the wall stating "no refund after booking in"! Such a rundown, antiquated place! The staff was friendly until I had a complaint!

nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff, good parking, convenient location for an overnight stop on my trip to South Baymouth ferry connection.

Air conditioner was more like an extremely loud fan. Windows were hard to open. Beds were hard as a rock and sheets were scratchy. There is a sign on the wall in the room stating no refunds after check in. They are priced way to high for the state of the rooms.

Bed was very comfortable - which is very important Inside room, carpet is dated and could use upgrading. Air conditioning unit is dated and could use upgrading. Thank goodness it was not hot in the room Outside property .. many beer cans and cigarettes not cleaned up.

Does not look like pictures on web. Pictures are old (rotary phones in them). Room was clean but really dated. Beds were not comfortable. Ok if you only require a place to sleep for the night.

EXpedia should take this Motel off their site. Filthy carpets and Bathtub! We had an issue with ants crawling all over a night table. Never again

I stayed there years ago and it now is very dated and not maintained very good…I would tell anyone not to stay there if at all possible

There was an odd smell in the room, which became unnoticeable after a short while.

This is a very old property and it needs a lot of repairs to bring it up to a more modern standard. A little TLC would go a long way with this place. Some updates to the bathroom are needed and replacing the old carpet will help remove the smells. The yard somewhat maintained as the lawn was mowed, but a few flowers and pick up the garbage would make it so much better.

Good price but probably won’t go back.

This is an old, tired, run down motel, in a less than desirable area next to the highway. It's suitable for a guy's sled or bike trip, for one night.

Sadly the pics of the property are wayyyyyyyyy out dated. Way over priced, zero amenities, NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM, thankfully Tim Horton's is 30 seconds away. Pleasant owners, but not worth the $$$$. Sings everywhere indicating "no refunds after payment is made" 😪😪😪

The place was a dump..people live there full time and it was very sketchy and creepy.dogs barking, motorbikes coming at going at 1 am for who knows what reason..probably hasnt been renovated since the 60s...there are alot better places to go for better prices and i would honestly felt better sleeping in the car then this place.i booked for 2 nights and left after the first night.plan well ahead and dont get stuck there like i did lmao..nice staff is all i can say about this place.

Parking was easy and directly outside the room, staff were okay upon check in
