The site of the hotel was perfect. The room was pretty decent and clean not bad for its price. Reception staff only speaks french but was very accommodating. They have a restaurant beside the reception which makes it convenient. Will surely be back again.

Bon accueil. Malgré que les chambres soient rénovées, l'odeur de "vieux motel" perdure. Les chambres sont minuscules et la salle de bain n'offre pas beaucoup d'option pour nos effets personnels. Il n'y a aucun crochet pour suspendre les serviettes ou autres. Le motel est bien situé à l'extrémité de la petite promenade. Nous n'y retournerons pas lors de notre prochaine visite à Percé.

Super endroit

We were very happy to see our room had a fabulous view of the rock, the Island, the moon rise and the sunrise. Only issue was the cleaning staff came before we were ready and then returned much too late!

An absolutely magnificent stay, with breathtaking views of Percé Rock right from our room. Breakfast was an unforgettable experience—enjoyed on the patio as lobster fishermen passed by, waving at us from their boat. Room was clean, modern. Perfect.

Great spot to stay, excellent location to the beach and downtown Perce. The staff were friendly and spoke both English and French. The location was great with walking access to all amenities with ample parking. If you stay here definitely ask for a room with a view in the lower lot as they have a part of the hotel across the street with no view. We stayed in the off season and the price was fair, however in high season depending on the price this might lack some amenities for the cost. There was no pool, gym, or breakfast. There is an attached restaurant however it operates separately and was closed both days we were there. Worth staying at for sure but pack accordingly the town has limited restaurants and no gas stations, definitely a small town with a magnificent view.

The room had dim lights. It was too dark for reading a book and I used a flashlight to read the buttons on the microwave. Otherwise a beautiful and convenient location and good greeting on check in. Merci! Suggestion - get energy efficient lights that are brighter.

Fantastic view of the Rocher Perce, plus, best Cod I ever ate. The restaurant is right next to the hotel. Highly recommend!!!!
