不错的一次体验

雖然靠近大馬路，但晚上非常安靜，隔壁就是間大賣場，稍遠處也有不少餐廳。晚上不知道有什麼生物在搔抓我後方的窗戶.....

位于Princess street，交通便利， 靠近canadique center(金斯顿最大的购物中心)等

Room was clean. Pillows where questionable. Sheets were really thin. Bathroom was clean, but the door had been poorly patched due to holes that were there. There was some mold growing in the ceiling.

We liked that it was fairly close to things

The AC wasn’t on and took a while to cool the room and the fridge wasn’t even plugged in so I couldn’t keep my drink cool. Otherwise the room was okay.

Everything was clean and tidy in our room. Close to restaurants.

The room, bed and property are fine. The problem is when I arrived, at 5 pm, I found that the owner had already charged my credit card. I meant that credit card to only be used to secure the booking, and I wanted the charges to be on another card, so that option was taken from me. However, the owner said it is a regular policy to charge all the bookings, and if a card is declined, then he cancels the booking--so beware. Also, my original booking was for 2 nights. Plans changed, and I called, 2 days before, to say that I only needed 1 night. Well, he says that "all the hotels had upped their prices, 2 days before", and therefore he was charging me $50 more than my original booking charge for the night we stayed, and he was happy to get more money out of me. I find this highly irritating and unsatisfactory. I won't be going back to that hotel.

This place is a dump. Would never stay there again.

Grocery store next door. Easy access. Quiet area. Drive to downtown in less than 15 minutes. One level is nice...pool was under construction/repair.

I liked that they supplied face cloths. The whole place was extremely run down and very dated. I felt very unsafe as the bathroom window had no screen and had no lock and was wide open when I arrived. Easily accessible to someone climbing in. Would recommend Expedia removes from their website. However, the owner was very friendly.

Very safe an well kept rooms

The management was extremely nice and hospitable. The room we stayed in was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Everything perfect, neat, several level higher quality than just motel. Very convenient.

Absolutely lovely couple who own the motel. Rooms are dated and a little bit worn but they are clean and very comfortable. Main lobby could use a little love but don’t let that scare you away! We stayed a week and loved every minute of it
