酒店位置不錯，十分鐘步行往火車站，塔車兩個站，附近景點和購物點多，但酒店房間比較細，四至五人房會比較麻煩，放行李也沒有空間，其他大致可以的。

It was the worst hotel I had ever stayed. The staff and management of the hotel were very awful. I was told by hotel.com to pay by CHF however I was charged by USD from my credit card and I had to bear the extra exchange loss in this case. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shown the slip of USD to sign off. I refused to sign on it and ask the staff to reverse the USD and charge me CHF. The staff promised that they would resolve the problem when their manager would be back several days later and would give me the feedback soon. However, I did not receive any reply from them even afterwards I sent email to them, no any response. Moreover, when I asked the hotel.com for help, the hotel argued that they did not charge me any USD at all. They insisted that it was my card problem rather than their problem. Even I showed them my bank record to prove my card can be charged with either CHF or USD. They did not admit to do it. It was unbelievable that they told a lie in this case. Although it was not that big money but it was a moral issue. And I was really disappointed by both the hotel and hotels.com. I would tell all my friends by social networking the behavior of the hotel.

The hotel is located near the station and river. The TV control is missing and we have to ask for a spare one. There is no air conditioning in the room. There is no cleaning service unless we ask for one. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed during our trip in Europe which covers four countries and seven hotels.

A charming boutique hotel that was a perfect fit for our group of six. The room was spacious enough to keep things fun without feeling cramped, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool was a lifesaver on the warmer days. Rooms were clean and well-appointed — nothing to complain about there. One thing worth knowing before you go: Lucerne moves at its own pace. Unlike Italy, this city winds down early, and most restaurants stop serving dinner by 8pm. Plan accordingly and you'll be fine, but it caught us off guard the first night. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful city. Would recommend for groups looking for something with character over a cookie-cutter chain.

I had a seizure at the front desk while checking in and the guy who checked me in would not get me water so I could take my emergency medication to stop the seizure he was rude and would not help me everyone in the lobby was scared and gasping for error and was running over and offering to help me as I was having a seizure on the floor. The guy at the front desk will not get me water he told that my young child to go to the bar and get me water which is completely inappropriate to put that on a child a Doctor Who was awaiting a line at the lobby came over and helped me and the entire time the guy at the front desk would not help me even though I kept asking him to get me water immediately the only thing he said is he could get me an ambulance and all I said it would stop once I took my meds I just needed water and he refused and he was rude another female employee came over and helped me when I told her I wanted to make a complaint to the owner of the hotel and she said she would do so for me. I want to discount on my stay there as a horrible experience and so embarrassing and could have been deadly for me and he refused to get me Water. Bianca helped me and I can’t remember of the guy that checked me in that would not help me

This was a great hotel! Perfect location and AC worked great, staff was very helpful! Only cons were they never came to clean room and bring towels/toilet paper during two night stay.

Very hot in Lucerne. Small air conditioning unit had trouble keeping it cool. Top bunk was too hot to use. People seem friendly however and very nice area.

Staff very accommodating and helpful. They gave us an upgrade and helped me find an item I lost. Stayed for 4 nights and the room was always kept clean. Good value for money. We had a memorable family vacation in Switzerland!

Perfect location. A great warm welcome from staff. Bonus free travel card on arrival. Good eateries nearby (cheaper than those across river). Nice pool and jacuzzi too.
